The lady at the front desk was very nice. I loved the first floor had sliding glass doors to the outside, making it easier with kids.

Booking.com did not send the reservation to the hotel in time (6.5 hours) and so I had to pay the hotel directly and be doubled charged for about 7 days.

Very quiet. Virtually no noise from adjoining rooms or from upstairs. Location was good: nearby restaurants, convenient to freeway, gas, etc.

Continental breakfast was disappointing. Bed was okay, but not great. Older facility needed new carpet.

The beds was so uncomfortable. everything was very old and dated. room smelled. and we killed a big on the bathroom.

Breakfast was very marginal -- not what would be expected. Internet was extremely poor: I believe I should be refunded for having to pay for extra data through my phone. Second floor: no elevator (we are in our 70s -- so giving us no option but the second floor, having to lug up our luggage, etc. ... not good).

Watch your credit card statements. They charged me twice and the lady who I talked with was not helpful kept saying "correct" while I was explaining to her I was charged twice.
