The location was great.
Booked a same day reservation. When I arrived, the hotel had cancelled my reservation, for no reason. Then said I could still have the room for $30 more. Obvious scam. It was too late to go anywhere else, so I took the room. In the morning, I complained to the owner and asked for a receipt, and they made a big deal of it and said their printer was broken. Would not honor the booking.com price. So angry. Would never stay there again.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this "hotel". When you pull up there is a sign stating MOTEL. It is run down, dirty, and there were people gathered looking like they were selling drugs. The reception area smelled of incense. You had to ring a bell to go in. And there was bullet proof glass with a slot in it between you and the worker. Climbing the stairs to the room they were metal and unsteady, at the top it was full of bee hives. The room was dirty, and the bed had yellow stains on it. The only chair in the room was terribly stained. I didn't feel safe to stay here especially with my children. It is falsely advertised as clean and as a hotel when it is definitely not. I wouldn't put a stray dog up in this place. I asked for my money back and the woman refused. She told me to call booking. I did and she still refused. I went back to turn the key in and she came screaming at me across the parking lot so I threw the key card back at her and left.
This place is absolutely unsanitary, unsafe, and disgusting. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!!!!

Location was good for what we wanted.
you had to wait until 3 PM exactly not one minute before to check in.  The floors around the edges were not clean right around the edges of the bed. Bottom of the beds was dirty there with stained bedding. The chair in the room was absolutely gross it should’ve been thrown out or recovered. The heater/air conditioner did not work properly was very loud.

Room was clean and comfortable. Motel was a peaceful respite from a busy week. Tub was the highlight.
There was a little bit of wear and tear to the facilities. Also, there is no phone or closet space.

It is in a quiet area away from the business of the rest of the area, yet still fairly close to everything that I needed to get to. The price is exceptional.
I was over charged for my stay. I initially booked the hotel for 2 nights, then switched to a 1 night stay. The payment was fixed a couple days later. I believe the refund should not have taken as long as it did.

We booked the room with the bookings app which I've never had a problem with thus far but upon arrival after almost shutting the door in my face before she let us in, my family and I were told they didn't have our reservation even though bookings said the reservation was confirmed, we had a confirmation number and the payment went thru on the bookings app and was passed over to the hotel. We were told they couldn't give us a room because it wasn't showing on their system, despite being showed the booking confirmation number and my 2 kids and I were just trying to have a warm place to sleep for the night as it was already 10pm and we had no where else to go, that was all the money we had and weren't given very good service from the lady at the front desk.

BEWARE!!!! They cancelled out booking without our knowledge! I have never had this experience before in my life! We had to drive home three hours away. we were here for The It’s a Wonderful Life Festival and missed the next day of festivities! George Bailey would be heartbroken to know what happened to us in Seneca Falls! Shame on you!

TV needed to be fixed. It didn't have a signal, but the screen was left tilted. We didn't like that there were families living in other motel rooms, but the staff lied. You could tell it had temporary housing.

Could have used some good cleaning, when we turned on the jacuzzi it's blow chunks of stuff out.Spend seven days there and not one time did anyone come and give us t-p,clean towels etc.It smelled when we walked in.

it met a “budget hotel” description and was clean and relatively comfortable.
even though our room was ready, they wouldn’t let us check in even 15 minutes early or we would be charged a $40 fee.
Also, the room card would not work so a staff member had to let us in and out of outcrops

Better chairs on the porch in front of the room would be nice. Even if they are plastic garden chairs,
