Location was decent.

Overpriced - average hotel. Below-average breakfast. It is pathetic considering it is so easy to get good bread and good fresh fruits, which are so important for a good breakfast. Breakfast is full of packaged preservative-laden food.

Did not like the fact that they charged the card that I booked and When checking out I paid with another card. Had to wait a week to get the charge refunded.

We loved having a sitting area in the room. it made for a very nice evening.

the carpets in the hallways were a little dirty. it gave an impression of the room before we went up there. we were a little nervous. However the room end up being queen.

Booked King, but got only one double bed, Cristina at the front desk at 7pm was on her cell phone when a guest came down to say she had been calling for 20 minutes without an answer, which makes sense. The hotel is dated and needs repairs. Expensive for the terrible place it was.

Quiet hotel, big and clean rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, excellent staff. Coffee in the lobby all day long. Free washer, 1$ dryer - so convenient!

It has all the basic amenities and the location is great. waterfalls and hikes are minutes away. The staff is very friendly and customer service was excellent.

The parking was terrible. The seating in the breakfast area is in need of repair. My bathroom was not clean upon arrival and remained that way during the two day's I stayed in this hotel.
