The staff was nice

The pool was dirty and smelled weird and the bathroom wasn’t really cleaned to our liking,we seen dirt in the shower and on the shower floor.

Woke up too late wasn’t able to get breakfast

The cleanliness of the room, the mirror had streaks there were crumbs around the floor, the ice bucket top was dirty, the bathroom shower curtain had mold at the bottom, only one laundry bag no extra blanket in the room, sheets had stains on them, pillow cases had stains and gave us a worry that the pillow cases were not changed or the top sheets. Which gave us an uncomfortable nights rest because I’m pretty sure we were sleeping on soiled linen

It was renovated

No service - for 3 days stay the room was never serviced Staff unfriendly and simply didn’t have knowledge even about how to print a bill

The staff was wonderful. And they explained everything very clearly. I will stay there again.

Nothing really.

The price wasn't terrible.

First they struggled to look up our booking. Then, when they finally found it, they gave us a key to an occupied room! In addition, the entire place was being renovated and was very loud making it hard to sleep.

I was an updated room, host was nice

That they didn't clean the tub out properly, construction of the facility is happening as well a lot of noise
