Although your systems were down and we had to wait in the lobby, not knowing how long it was going to be, the staff was kind to us.

Staff (front desk is very friendly) ... the lady that does the morning breakfast is very friendly and accommodating to everyone's requests...

We have stayed several times at this location, always get a larger room on the first floor (with desk and sofa-bed - I travel with my Dad an elderly man and my granddaughter, the extra space in the room helps immensely) our reservation was made at least 3 months in advance, asking for the same room we have stayed in for the past 3 times, but when we arrived they stated that room was not available and gave us a room on the 2nd floor that is much smaller, with only 2 queen beds. There was a vent in the hallway directly across from our room that ran constantly (for the 3 days we were there - and blew extremely cold air like a "fan on high speed" I had to place a towel at the bar of the door to block the cold air that was coming in under the door). Rather disappointing as we were used to having the extra room to move around with no issues!

The day time staff was nice. The maintenance guy was so nice

It was the holidays no cleaning staff on duty at all. I stayed in my room for my entire stay without my room clean. The next week I thought it would be better nope.

Breakfast was good and location close to family that lives nearby so excellent.

On the 3rd floor with no walk-in shower. Understand those rooms are located on the 1st floor only, and they were all booked.

we was charged for higher price noted only later on because we did’t ask the receipt and we need to discuss a lot with the operator by phone before solve and obtain the reimbursement (the first reply was that we had to solve it with booking.com because it was not a problem of the hotel)
