Roomy, comfortable beds, easy access

Worker at check-in barely said hello. Did not explain where anything , other than the elevator was. Charged for breakfast the next morning because I booked through a third party.

when time to check out the girl at the front desk was not nice! she said I owed extra money for snacks that I didn’t purchase. there were no children with me so no need for snacks! she was rude and said I’m not going to stand here and argue with you! she finally took the charges off. she was also gripeing about me booking the room through a third party. very rude !!

The staff was amazing, front desk, bar, housekeeping... etc. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The pool was clean, the outdoor seating areas were comfortable. And everything was clean.

The beds were hard and lumpy, pretty uncomfortable, but were young enough to survive it.

Breakfast was meh, wasn't that great

I didn't like that we had a waitress for breakfast. I would have rather ordered my own food and grabbed my own food.

For the rate, breakfast should be included.
