Broken A/C The room had roaches

Parking for everyone and the rooms are spacious.

The staff was very friendly.

It was filthy, run down and I am fairly certain I wound up using the previous patrons used towels. I was so grossed out walking in the floor and putting my luggage on the sofa. I pray the sheets had been swapped out.

There was a pool and hot tub. 1st room was very clean and comfortable.

The second room the sofa bed was uncomfortable and dusty. The bed wasn't comfortable either.

The location is perfect for my needs as UHEALTH is just on the next street.

The room smelled musty and it was hard to breathe in there. The sink was clearly old, stained and the faucet could use updating. The entire room and carpet could use some updating. It was decent and served the purpose for my visit but certainly time for some updates.

I have pictures of our stay. Upon check in we were greeted ok as the days went by the staff got more and more hostal, they would put out of order signs on the vending machines so the customers would go into the lobby to purchase a 16 oz soda for $3.00 instead of a 20 oz for $1.50. A .42¢ soup you can get @ Walmart for $3.00. We were really kicked out over $2. I was washing laundry I started the washers went back to my room did not realize one of the washers did not start. When I went upstairs to throw the clothes in the dryer that is when I realized the washer to the right against the wall was not working I went downstairs to talk to the lady in the front when I walked in she was very snotty I explained to her the situation she said the washer to the right I said yes ma'am the next day when I went to pay for the room for another week the girl at the front said she could not renew our stay. So instead of the manager of the Boca suites asking us what happened he came banged on the door and kicked us out told us we had to leave, then as the hotel next door the Best Western is affiliated with vocal suites they have free breakfast as Boca sweets does not offer that however in the lobby it says breakfast they only serve coffee and juice from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. they don't offer much they should be offering the same as the Best Western upon check in the clients should receive a ticket like they do at Best Western to go eat my boyfriend and I spent over $2,000 at the Boca suites hotel we will not recommend this hotel to anybody they get a zero star from us. I also felt creeped out by one of their maintenance staff who kept staring at me constantly every time he saw me making me feel like I don't want to leave my room. They are very rude and have no customer service skills .This will be the first bad review I have ever left on any hotel. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemies. The lady at the front desk actually yelled at us and we got kicked...

Nothing. I did not stay. I heard gun shots. Unsafe hotel.

I didnt like anything there. I cancelled my reservation.

Rented a room with 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds the toilet stopped working at 2pm on Saturday I called the front desk they never sent anyone to fix it we checked out at 7am Sunday morning.
