The room was very nice, with plenty of room. the location was great, one block to beach and the downtown area had a great event going on with a very good blues band.

I didn't get to stay longer.

I appreciated easy check in off hours via a lock box at entrance to unit. Did not appreciate attitude from office staff next morning when waiting for office to open, when I shared we could not wait until 9:10 to sign check in papers b/c we were on a tight schedule, or comment that I did not respond to an email, which she later saw that I did. When I’m vacation, I prefer that office hours do not affect my daily plans. Also had difficulty finding a parking space when arriving back in late evening.

Location was perfect with a block to beach and about half mile to dining and shopping.

Too far for morning coffee and good enough breakfast. I get this property is dedicated to longer term renter who stay longer than one night like us They did provide full kitchen suite of appliances and coffee, but being in many free breakfast big box chains they may consider dedicating a unit to a tenant breakfast with a minimal spread and attendant, to get us on the road after watching a Atlantic sunrise. Just jack the rent up on everyone to cover it, below those who do. I did notice many people left after dawn not packing up and going but, thinking finding a breakfast spot. I was in the landlord business; you don't get good tenants (in this business case) happy travelers without giving them a above the crowd value. You can tell them we will be back, and no discount needed if they take this nugget of an idea. Love east coast people who are direct (who run this place) and to the point. I am a Chicago boy. Love no BS.

Loved having room to spread out. And the ability to cook own meals if desired. Bathroom was updated and clean.

Very nice staff, clean room, kitchenette, access to many TV channels, generally a much higher standard than I expected. In addition, a nice beach a short distance from the hotel and a swimming pool, which I did not use at the time, but also looked clean. No problems with late check-in too.

No cons! I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Room was vert clean (but with harsh smelling chemicals), good internet, huge TV, bed was really comfortable, on-site parking, walking distance to the beach, on-site laundry, felt safe.

The manager was calling me for check-in to tell ask me what time I was coming, check-in was 3-6pm but she wanted she wanted me there beforehand. I was coming up from Miami and wanted to sightsee on my way, as I knew it was gonna rain the next day. She was a bit aggressive on the phone like I wasn’t going to pay my balance or something and if I wasn’t there when she suggested I arrive between 4-5pm (as someone else wanted to book a room and wanted to give my partially paid room to someone else). She told me she worked 7 days a week (not my problem) and I think she wanted to go home. After I got there and presented my credit card she was nice as pie the rest of the time. You can find both extremely positive and negative reviews about the manager on Google reviews. There is also a huge info sheet and multiple lines about what you must pay if something is broken or missing, etc. from the room - for instance if a small face wash towel is missing that’s 5$. I don’t know what kind of problems she had in the past, but it’s not a party place and if you check out and she’s not there you put a they key in a white unlocked box - so it could be possible for someone to go in your room to take something. There is also a $150 security deposit, so you could feel a bit nervous that you might be charged for something or not get it back. I was not the only guest who talked about this strange policy. and all it was all a bit odd and just due to that reason I probably wouldn’t stay again although the rest of the experience was quite pleasant.

The location is great.

That's lots of noise pollution from other rooms and the street.

I liked the location, I liked the effeciency unit, it was clean. The pool and patio was very nice and welcoming. I like the fact that the unit had no carpet. Easy to keep clean. The bathroom is updated and modern.

Some of the furniture needed replacing, night stand dated and rough and tired, the room had a musty smell, not sure where it was coming from, the locking system needs to be updated. An extra blanket would be nice as an extra.
