The hotel charged me again after I paid online. Did not refund me at least not yet.

The front desk person tried to be very kind and considerate even though they had to charge a $100 fee. I think I need to stay away from this kind of hotel it basically shows you what kind of people end up staying there. Unfortunately it's people that are very disrespectful.

When I went to the room there look like there was bullet holes in the wall and somebody to broken in the room before. They didn't clean it well. There was a lot of damage that someone had done before. It didn't look like a great part of town in fact unfortunately hotel 6 might have looked even better. And I know hotel 6 does not give any breakfast but maybe because it's such a liberal City they haven't gotten back to giving breakfast at all at this place either. Even though it's still listed as giving breakfast it has been stopped since 2020 aka the covid epidemic. I actually chose this place because I figured I could feed my kid who is a teenage boy. That's what brought me to the hotel in the first place. I will definitely be doing my best to avoid the name of this hotel America's Best. I'm not finding it to be the best when it comes to having to pay a hundred plus dollars to stay extra even if I do get it back. That means that the plan ahead double. I hope they decide to fix this problem. I will be paying more attention to Stars and what people write down no matter what due to the fact that every time I stay in the Denver area it's almost chaotic no matter where I am staying if I want to save a buck.

All the outlets were either torn out of the all or didn't work. And no breakfast as advertised

The whole experience was horrible. The only thing I could say was acceptable was the front desk lady her name was Taylor. I know she is just an employee and have no control over the rules and regulations of the hotel. Even though it was a rough night, she was still pleasant.

The place looked like a disaster. I did not allow my family to stay in this hotel. The front lobby smelled like marijuana, there was a lot of unnecessary traffic of pedestrians on the outside of the hotel. The Phone customer service was terrible! The deposit is not worth any penny. Why would I pay an additional $100 to stay in trast=h!

I like that the room was clean.

Cockroaches. Element. Staff. Don't pretend to not speak English and then refuse to converse in Spanish when guests are trying to get help.

the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful

the overall cleanliness and room was not good. the room had a part of the door frame missing in the bathroom, carpet was coming up from the floor, and the shower had mold in it

It was a place to stay

Pictures made the place look a lot better than the actual place. Other guests next door were very loud and you could hear them through the walls very easily. Outlets were lose and your plugs would hardly ever stay in place
