I liked how nice the actual room was. It felt like an elevated room. It was clean and you could hardly hear your neighbors. The downstairs area was clean and looked modern.

The rooms were well-appointed, spacious and clean. We appreciated the amenities - both in the room (e.g. sufficient # of towels for 2 people, shampoo and conditioner, ironing board) and in the hotel in general (e.g. breakfast, pool, gym). Wifi worked really well. We enjoyed our swim in the pool. The bed was comfortable and the size was accurate (i.e. queen/king - not a double). Breakfast was available, and while we would have appreciated some fresher options, there was some variety on the two days of our stay. The staff, when approached, were helpful. The hotel has a security patrol for the parking lot. Free parking is available on site. Location is reasonably close to the airport. There are a number of food options in the area.

I would suggest that the front desk is underserviced as we often had to wait to speak with someone. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that Denver is a "car theft capital", and while the hotel supported us (and has security available), this is something travellers to the area should be aware of.

When we check in, we wait very long time for the staff without reaction. Toilet wasnt flushing

Location to freeway

Broken glass in the parking lot from car window. Litter and homeless people loitering on the property.

They have a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable bed and many outlets. Nice kept up bathroom. Plenty of space and very comfortable pillows.

It was hard to get someone to the front desk.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything else was as you would expect. It was a very brief stay (about 7 hours total) and everything was fine.

The cleaning service knocked on my door repeatedly at around 8am and then proceeded to try to open my door when I didn’t open. I had arrived at 2:30 am was still sleeping.

It was a great location but that’s it!

We were told our room had a plumbing issue so we were down graded. Then I hear the lady say they actually had over booked it and then she realized I was still standing there. The pool and hot tub don’t work as advertised. All three nights we we’re having to hear dogs barking and didn’t get much sleep

Super clean and easy!! We loved the breakfast and also enjoyed how kind the staff was. Everyone we met was happy and willing to help. Great location

I can't think of anything I would improve! There was a leaky fridge in our room but it was no worries. The carpet was a bit wet but it was all good.
