Location and spacious rooms

Not very quiet, you can hear every footstep from the people above you.

There was a good coffee machine also some hot drinks we can choose and drink

There was a bit noisy since in the morning because of the construction. Also no tooth brush

Facility was clean and quiet. Our room was viewing the harbor, but we really need something that's quiet, and this property met that. Everybody was happy.

The bathroom sink had a sewage smell to it. We did not report it because it wasn't a big deal for the two nights we stayed. No dresser available in our room, so it was a bit of a faff to get stuff organized.

The proximity to the Ontario Mills Mall, the freeway, and local events made it a convenient location. The staff was exceptional in being accommodating. I received help with luggage and paperwork several times during my stay. The fitness area, pool and breakfast area were clean and well run. Staff readily cleaned and refilled necessary items. I had forgotten a very important journal in the lounge at checkout. They saved it for me until I was able to pick it up. I really appreciated that!

Location is great for a get away from Los Angeles. Room was great size for 4, clean and comfortable. Breakfast with room was a great deal!!

. The tennis courts need resurfacing and the pool gate needed to be secured. Details to aesthetics & safety are important.

The pictures were really nice when we were booking. But when we got to the room it was ok a little old the room smelled musky a little disappointed for what we paid for one night.

Room had a musky smell all day AC didn't go through the whole room.

I liked that the location was right near ventura harbor!! It felt safe in this neighbourhood as well!

we did not get the opportunity to have the breakfast since we left so early, the bed was supper comfy

the walls are paper thin. We stayed there because we were going scuba diving on Sunday Morning and wanted to be close to the boat since it left at 6am so with that said we wanted a good night sleep close to the boat. we ended up listening to two tv's from upstairs and next door till around midnight not to mention the clogging problem up stairs from us till around the same time (Clogging as in folk dance, wood shoes and all) we got about 4 hours sleep. We should have just driven up in the morning

It was a comfortable experience and breakfast was quite good.

Absolutely nothing.

The first room we were put in was filthy dirty and smelled like vomit and urine, the maintenance staff was litterally removing a purifying machine, we walked in on him in our room. Then we were moved to another room that had been smoked in. The hallways were dirty, the spa and pool were filthy. The internet and tv did not work and the wallpaper in the second room was peeling. It was worse than motel 6.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming - we arrived late in the evening, and there was a loud, whining, machinery noise in the rrom from the jacuzzi pumps outside. We were offered another room but it wasn't necessary as the jacuzzi was being shut off for the evening and the room was perfectly okay otherwise. The hotel is a little dated, but clean, and the service is excellenty

You can't beat the location!

There was construction going on during my stay. Upon check-in, I was put in a room where construction was evidently scheduled the following day. I received an email from the GM while I was at work asking if I would mind switching rooms and that he would make it worth my time. I told him that was fine but advised that I would not be back there until after 5:00pm. When I got back that evening to pack up my things and move rooms, they had already done work in front of my room and there was wet concrete down the walkway. After a lot of back and forth with the front desk and construction workers, I had to walk on the wet concrete and mess up the walkway. I had to carry my big suitcase since I couldn't roll it. The whole thing was very stressful and inconvenient.

Great location, walking distance to harbour. front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very professional

our door lock was dodgy, fastening screw was loose and preventing door from operating properly. property could use some updates. thought rate was high for condition of property.
