This is an old motel, just 20 rooms but the good thing is they have been totally refurbished and are stylishly great Ignore the old reviews and believe me they are great, basic but comfortable. I’m very fussy and don’t normally stay at motels but we were let down and needed a last minute room. Trust me these rooms are a gem

There was nothing to dislike

The location is excellent. A couple of cafes and restaurants and minimarts in short walking distance. Really close to the town center and the beach (both are within biking distance). The manager Kenny is Mr Hospitality! He did everything he could to make our stay better. We brought a couple of bikes and he made it easy to store them securely in one of the motel utility rooms. We had expected some construction noise but there was none while we were there.

It is very bare bones. There is a hair dryer but no fridge, coffeemaker, not even plastic cups.

Very upscale remodel inside the room. Very comfortable and stylish. Staff was nice. Can’t wait to see the whole remodel of the property.

The location is great, friendly helpful staff, the parking is conveniently located right by the room, very clean, amazingly comfortable bed, high speed wi-fi, very enjoyable stay altogether!

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice bedding. Room and bathroom looked nice, good WIFi. Convenient parking right in front of room. Can walk to Main St (1 mi), and closer walk to get coffee and a few other restaurants/cafe.

Lighting was either very bright ceiling lights or one small reading lamp. Could use 1-2 more table lamps. Only one small trash can in bathroom, could use another small trash can in main room. Would be nice to have a mini fridge, the room has space.
