Too many things broken at this hotel: Ice machine's Hot tube- grey duck tape over the signage Mildew in rooms No fans in pool room Digital clock in room broken Bathroom vent fan broken Shower drain stem broken

The breakfast was exceptional. They had a wide variety of food, also cook to order.

Room was great and spacious

The pool and hot tub were closed, no notice given

The bathroom tub plug didn’t work we had to giggle it for the water to go down the drain. The bed was noisy every time you turn on the left side. I reported it. The TV lost the signal

Can always count on a great room and great breakfast before going to the Coast Guard Academy

The room was clean the beds and pillows were comfortable but the elevators and the hall next to the elevators on the ground floor were dirty... I chose this hotel because it said it had a whirlpool and a pool to my disappointment the whirlpool was no longer there it had been filled with cement

My breakfast was cold and a lady that worked in the morning won't let me bring my service dog to breakfast.

I have stayed many times here. It is consistent. Overall solid.

Not the nicest Hilton Garden Inn that I have stayed at. The front desk was very busy and the attention to needs was just not there. Very rushed, robotic and not what you expect from the Hilton brand.

Winter weather when we arrived and outside entrance was not shoveled or salted. Was very slippery and icy.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable

Breakfast was not free despite staying at a Hampton Inn managed by Hilton the night before at a cheaper rate that included a complimentary breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, french toast sticks and much more. It seems like the actual Hilton could provide a similar complimentary breakfast given the higher rate and slightly smaller rooms

We had breakfast outside of the hotel. It was good and nearby. So the hotel was in close proximity to restaurants. That was a plus.
