Friendliness, the quiet space, the surroundings.

I like the fact that the facility was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

In my bathroom, little nats were around the sink area when brushing my teeth. Not sure where and why they were there.

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. microwave and fridge standard in all rooms. heating. and AC did not make a lot of noise.

Location was perfect for us. Bed was comfy and requests were met quickly.

music from the bar could be heard up in level 4. the breakfast food was poor quality and tasteless. it was FAR too expensive. it was a late booking as I was forced to stop over in New London.

Lighting was dismal. They need to change all the lightbulbs for a better color and adjust the fixtures to reduce glare. It was really bad.

Hotel was convenient off the interstate for a night stay while traveling. Easy to book and easy checkin. Gentleman at check in was very efficient and pleasant! Beds were very comfy!!

There were not enough towels for each of us. We had four people and only three towels. When I called down to ask for more, the front desk told me “they were in the washer.” We didn’t even have one per person. We were trying to get ready to leave/check out and didn’t have time to wait. That was unacceptable especially for an almost $200/night stay.

The room was large Front desk night guy was super welcoming.

The hotel is OK. The finishings are in need of help. Particle board swelling in bathroom, room not heating or cooling efficiently, one of two elevators not functioning. It's not reasons you wouldn't return, but it is a bit disappointing. The difference between customer apathy and customer delight.

Perfectly fine stay. Checkin was friendly. We thought about going to the bar but never did.
