Location, bed comfortable, free coffee and cookies, clean, good staff.

At one point, we were getting brown water in our fawcet. It was gross and eventually went clear.

Dusty in places. Found a few hairs in the hot tube and shower.

Very friendly staff and great cleanliness.

changes made to a different location without notice. no breakfast offered due to the other hotel not having it. charges were higher than what booking was for. employees were short and less than accommodating. seemed put out to have to help guests

The pool and hot tub area is really nice

I didn't like that I paid for breakfast and in the morning the staff told me that I had not paid for breakfast so I didn't get to eat breakfast. And they had the heat on and didn't have the option to have AC

staff was not totally accommodating. asked for a late check out and was denied. Then, another gentleman asked for a late check out, and got it. I had booked on booking.com and called hotel to add one more night and they could not do that. I had to book another night on Booking.com, so there was the possibility of not having the same room for my 3 night stay. Also, I probably will not book through Booking.com again. we originally needed 2 rooms for 3 nights. we ended up not needing 1 of the rooms for 1 night. so one of our rooms was empty for one night and we paid for it. wish there was a better cancellation policy. especially when I can’t get a a late check out (when I mean late check out…. I mean late by half hour to an hour).

We ordered hamburgers n they were red n raw in the inside. I had to call 3 times because the people above is were very loud. Idk if they had children or what but there was stomping n jumping late at night and started again at 6am

Had a broken ankle, so I requested a handicap room, it was easy to get around

The price was too high for the quality

Need to have sign saying u can order off menu besides having just continental. Also u get plastic n paper plates where if u order off menu u get real plates n silverware.

Bed broken, no extra pillows, leaky toilet, hot tub in room the spout was loose n one jet didn't work, tp holder was too far away from toilet, outlet didn't work n dryer in laundry room was not working.

Good location for travel.

The bar was closed because the bartender quit and no one on staff could replace them.
