Quando chegamos no hotel fomos recepcionados por uma recepcionista que nao quis falar seu nome e nao tinha a menor vontade de entender nosso inglês ou se fazer ser compreendida. Gostaria que ela pegasse meu numero de reserva para confirmar e ela so confirmava mediante ao pgto de $100 dolares. Ela nao queria explicar o pq, so falava mediante ao deposito do caução. Nosso amigo quis ir ao banheiro na recepção, depois de uma longa viagem, e isso ela falou que apenas apos o pgto do caução. Atendimento péssimo. Cafe da manha fraquíssimo e tinha uma funcionaria que ficava gritando quantos minutos faltava pra encerrar o cafe como se fosse um presidio.

Eigentlich kann ich die Fragen nicht beantworten, denn uns ist etwas passiert, was mir bei vielen Auslandsbesuchen noch nie passiert ist. Das Hotel war gebucht, wir kamen an und mein Reisepass wurde nicht anerkannt als "ID". Der freundliche junge Mann an der Rezeption meinte, nur die "Driver License" sei eine gültige "ID". Wie sollte wohl ein Deutscher zu einem amerikanischen Führerschein kommen? Alles Diskutieren half nicht, wir wurden nicht aufgenommen. Der Mann stornierte unsere Buchung und wir standen ohne Unterkunft da - erstmal.

Right next to the train tracks. It’s very loud - period. It’s not worth the inexpensive price. Don’t do it!

I'm sure the room was recently updated. Very clean...only a small stain on the chair. The hallways need new carpet so I was dubious at first. But, when I entered my room my fears were washed away.

Clean building and room, fairly close to my work site, great price, nice staff.

The trains were noisy. However, since I've stayed there several times, I booked in spite of the trains. No problem!

Easy to get to yet felt tucked away. Beds and breakfast were good.

Hotel policy is no one can go to your room or use the facilities- our grandkids were not allowed to visit. The pool was not open nor could we invite our family back if it was. Every person in our party had to show ID.

No one was ever at the front desk to check in or out

Best value in town. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Easy access to 50, 25 and 96. Located within an hour or 2 to SO MANY attractions!

Breakfast closing at 9. When you're traveling east to west 9am comes awfully early
