Check-in was smooth and cheerful. Check-out was easy. Front desk people were alert and pleasant. Glad that room was on first floor. Breakfast offered many choices..., tables comfortable and spacious. and offered many choices.
Pool under construction means that we should have had a reduced rate or some bonus. My room was so near the highway (& not well insulated for noise) that I heard traffic all night. I wear hearing aids but didn't have them in when I slept, of course.

it's a pity that the swimming pool is not working, it's summer now, it's hot, it would be nice to cool off

Very clean facilities. Parking was close and protected. Very close to shopping and eateries.
The jets weren't working on the spa on the second day there but the water was still relaxing.

We loved the fact that the hotel provides water and fruit on every floor. This unexpected perk is really helpful and a great benefit for travelers.
We stayed in a handicapped-accessible room, and the bathroom could have used a bit of decoration and shelving to make holding one's toiletries easier. The bathroom felt completely institutional, almost like a hospital bathroom.

The hotel is small and quiet. Very clean, quiet & very comfortable. the staff is friendly. We’ll definitely be back.
my only complaint was that as comfortable as the bed was it was extremely high & hard to get into.
