The bed wasn't as stable as we are used to when staying at the Hilton

The shuttle bus driver was rude and unwelcoming. Set the tone for the first impression of the hotel to be negative.

This hotel is close to the freeway which is good depending on what you need. The bed was comfortable.

The value is just not there. This hotel is taking advantage of wedding goers and price gouging. I booked in advance and as we got closer to the wedding the price dropped. Hilton wouldn't price adjust. Even if they can't adjust, if they were smart, they would give an upgraded room or free drink or something. Instead, they gave us a small dark room on the first floor and told us "sorry, tough luck". Not a great feeling

The hotel served dinner in the lobby area. It was a great casual dinner.

Staff is friendly, pool and location. Meals in evening really delicious!

Our shuttle driver seemed angered and he drove reckless. I felt unsafe. That was 8/21 evening.

No hot water when showering at 4 pm room 123. Noise from adjacent room kept me awake

Kathryn is just lovely. She works night shift. She makes coming in on a late flight feel like we’re coming home. Restaurant staff and the food amazing and it’s so nice to eat onsite instead of out when flights are super early the next day and we traveled from Rohnert Park.

I wish the bathrooms had fans, humidity needs help to exit other than the door. We are grateful for the shuttle service especially the times our flights come in at midnight and leave to the airport at 345AM! This last shuttle we had dripping off our car the night before our flight, the driver seemed angered, rage driving, and we didn’t feel safe. I had difficulty thanking him and he didn’t respond.

Too expensive - not worth it. Gym was inferior to my home gym. Pool is wasted space/expense for size.

Very good breakfast in a pleasant room with plenty of windows. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable. No complaints. I appreciated the shuttle service since my plane arrived shortly before midnight.

This was a last minute booking because of a death in the family, and although the hotel is lovely, I thought the price a bit steep. Perhaps it was a reflection of the inflation we’ve been experiencing.

The staff is really nice and very accomodating. We booked 18 rooms at this property and they gave the rooms pretty closeby for our group. They also offered patio upon request for two evenings for our group to meet which was really great! Thanks to all the wonderful staff and management, very welcoming and clean hotel. We will look forward to visiting here again.

The convenience near the airport, the shuttle, exercise trail outside with 2 ponds, and the people were super kind.

First night2/11 room was not as updated and we found a roach in our bathroom.
