Everything. Was so good. The breakfast. Was good

The breakfast was welcoming, good, (but due to the extremely large crowd Fourth of July holiday, there were families with many children, it was very hectic, to get through the crowd comfortable getting your food. People were reaching across your plate/food while you were trying to fix your plate.

Travelers, customers hanging clothing over rails at any hotel makes a hotel, business look ghetto. Parents should pick up clothing on the floor near the pool area. Our bathroom door knob made you afraid to shut it because you thought you would get locked in. Water coming out of the shower on the floors was a little aggravating. Pillows are very light maybe four should be in the rooms. Also we thought we had queen beds & they were full but it was okay. Wood floors are nice, but it would be a good idea to put a (cloth broom mop) in units, wood floors pick up everything. all in all I enjoyed my two night stay. I cannot remember her name, but the young lady who checked us in was excellent being mindful of our ages seniors 60’s putting us in a corner room to avoid noise from the pool area. That was so thoughtful and nice of her. Also there should be 2 chairs in the room for two visitors.

Almost everything was good it was just a few things but everything was pretty good beachside it was all different for the years before.

In the bathroom the tile flooring was coming off and it was a bit uncomfortable to take a shower and there was a hole in the living area But we told the office so they gave me a carpet and in the ceiling there was a part that was off

Poorly isolated door and windows This motel is located on a Very noisy street Make no mistake , This is a motel (not a hotel) Very misleading name and pictures on booking.com How this motel made it on the booking.com platform blows my mind ????? Horrible. Would never go back there again !!! Even if it was free. Barely slept !

I did enjoy my view and the short distance to the beach.

My phone didn’t work. For safety reasons, this is an issue. I made the staff aware. Nothing was done. My shower was nasty I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself after being all settled in. One shower and the entire bathroom floor was flooded. My tv/wifi was useless.(8 news channels?)

Parking less than optimal. Room was filled with a smoke smell and was supposed to be a non smoking room. Had to change rooms. Call front desk several times because they were suppose to bring keys for new room and never did. Had to load my two children and belongs take the steps all the way to the ground floor then back up to new room. Overall dissatisfied. Didn’t offer any discount or refund and had a lower room quality than what was originally booked.

I loved how friendly and nice they were!!! I loved how I had a water view on the left and right side both while sitting out on the Balcony! Beds were very comfortable and my room was very clean and nice.I also really loved how they offer free coffee, juice and water in the lobby 24/7 !!! You don't see many hotels do that and trust me that's definitely a awesome amenity that guest love when staying some where! 🥰 A gentleman at the front desk even made a special bag of goodies for my Grandson and brought it out to him when we were in the lobby getting something to drink!!! That really meant and said alot to us and my Grandson both! Thank you so very much for your kindness, awesome hospitality and excellent accommodations!!! We will most definitely be coming back to stay with you again that's for sure! I was told when I checked in that your also getting ready to add a Restaurant there and I am looking very forward to being able to eat there as well, so wonderful!!! 😁 I give my stay there a 10+

It really didn't bother me at all but my husband felt the Bathroom should be a little bigger.

Only the beds were changed during the week, nothing else was cleaned unfortunately. That’s kind a downside when you go to the beach almost everyday… Party every night on our floor until 1:30 am. Paper thin walls, so we could hear everything. No staff to supervised the upper floors. When the group left, another one came and made noise all night for the rest of the week. Seems like there is no policy in place for noise disturbance …

The location is really good

The floor in my unit was very dirty. The parking lot was hard to park if you need shade. The fridge in my unit cant keep cold drink.

They went above and beyond to add an additional day to stay in the same room

Our room was directly across from the pool. Communication with the guests or great !

The location was ok pretty close to the beach and other shops. Glad they had a coffee/latte machine down in the lobby. They also had orange juice. I'm glad they had 2 tvs in the room. We had fun in the pool.

I tried to talk with them about our bedding not being clean. When we went to go to bed the first night it was filled with sand under the blankets. The floor was filthy, my son and I were walking barefoot and the bottom of our feet were black from no mopping. The shower didn't have good water pressure and the floor was soaked after every shower. Well after I told them about the bedding, the one guy was calling housekeeping to see what happened. However, no one could help me out and said I would receive housekeeping and a call. I did not. I ended up only getting accommodated for $50. They kept ignoring me, not telling me anything I had to ask repeatedly what are you going to do about this? The one guy even lied to my face and said "we changed the bedding right in front of you". It was terrible had to use so many towels to soak up the bathroom floor.

Bathroom way too small. Super hot at night air conditioning was not keeping room cool couldn't watch television due to the screen kept freezing and buffering

The location to the beach and restaurants was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked the added area with the sofa bed.

The noise. Lots of loud screaming, and arguing right outside our door at all hours but especially awful at 3am.
