There was only coffee and juice. There was no food at all. And I went there at 8:00! The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable also. Ordered in pizza and that was good. hostess,Molly, was real nice and warm. Wish all people were like that.
I Have no opinion on the breakfast, because there wasn't any, except coffee and juice. I'm pretty sure the website said a breakfast would be included. In fact, the hostess said that there would be one in the morning. Like I said before I was there at 8 am.

The location was just on the bus line off 35W. The front desk worked with us on booking extended stays up until the weekend.
The staff was very stand off and rude. We felt unwelcome and bothersome when asking for extra pillows or blankets. Finally, they told us on Thursday, after staying Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, we had to leave on the weekend because they booked the room we were staying in and wanted to extend our stay out of convenience. Our room wasn't cleaned in-between days we stayed. The expense should have covered a breakfast which wasn't offered at all. The parking lot was filled with out of town Mexicans who were working seasonal jobs (looked like a camp ground at night.).

We have stayed at another place around the corner several times, but prices got ridiculous an you have to pay a deposit that you can get back But still. Most likely stay here again.
Been nice if there was breakfast BUT saved enough we could eat out.

The location and the staff that checked us in were professional and kind!!
The $100 deposit thats required to book a room. Sure they want a $100 deposit but then they don't want to release the deposit! We left the room totally spotless, the other bed wasn't even slept in or sat on. We even went as far to take our own garbage. When came to releasing our deposit they first said that it wasn't being returned due to leaving the room in shambles!!! We were like..WHAT? WHAT'S GOING ON? ARE THEY REALLY TRYING TO KEEP OUR MONEY?!! My husband went in there to speak to manager on duty and after then said they had the rooms mixed up!! How the heck can they get a room mixed up? When they clearly wanted to keep our money! They only decided to refund once it was brought to their attention!! Stated it takes 3 days for their bank to release it and another 5 days for it to show up in our account!! They sure want a deposit but they want to have us wait days to get it back?! Bad business ethics all around!!

I have stayed here many times-easy to get to and not so much traffic. Your staff is amazing-/I had trouble logging on to internet. The receptionist gal came and helped me. So much appreciated! Will definitely stay here again as I have in the past!! Thanks so much!
