It was very clean. The breakfast had plenty of options and was cleaned often. And it was conveniently located near the highway.

Hotel staff walked right into my room 2 hrs b4 check out, waking my daughters and myself up. Very angry this happened and front desk did not handle this as they should have. Excuses were made for it being the regular time to start clean up in rooms when I had NOT checked out yet as it was just after 9ish and check out is 11am!!!

Had to wait to check in when the time is supposed to be by 3. Hallway carpeting needed vacuuming. Fruit flies in our bathroom.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

The evening staff member was great, we called before coming back and he went and physically checked to be sure the room was ready when we came back.

Took 3 tries to get us in our room. First 2 times we were given keys to rooms that were still occupied. We had to leave and then when we came back a few hours later we finally had our correct assigned room.

the room air conditioner left the room damp and my lungs were triggered by possible mold. I had to love from the third floor where people were partying until 1am. I finally called and the girl at the desk gave me the room that the carpet was damp from the air conditioner. it was a weird stay, but I had booked through booking.com, so I kept the reservation.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was large, breakfast was good. And my name is Cindy, not Bryan.

Hair dryer was faulty, carpet in hallway old and dirty. Toilet was not cleaned properly.

Large room, comfortable facilities. Breakfast provided even though I was told the hotel would charge the same without breakfast. Convenient location near local airport and Waukesha expo grounds.

Hotel could use some redecorating. OK breakfast, but staff are only "allowed" to serve pre-frozen hot items like packaged egg disks and sausages. Other BW hotels provide a more comprehensive buffet.
