Really nice
Really expensive for what you get

The bed (king) was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was a good night sleep. Room was very quiet. The bathroom amenities were nice.
The room smelled like food (ketchup and onion). Unable to open the window to air out the room. The room was twice as expensive as I am use to paying for a typical hotel room.

STEAR CLEAR!!! STAY AWAY! I had a room paid for through booking.com. I came down with the stomach flu, and couldn’t go. I tried to get a refund, but I was passed the window. I called Sheraton directly to see if I could still cancel and get a refund, or to see what my options were. I was told that I could have someone else stay in the room, and I needed to just share my confirmation code with my friends. fast forward a few short hours later, my friends who were going to stay at the hotel called to say that I needed to speak to the front desk. I was asked to provide the confirmation code I received in my
email. I provided the booking.com number, and was BERATED by the front desk. After giving them my credit card number, name, and email, they still told me I was not giving them their own confirmation number. I was told this was my fault, and I should’ve asked for the booking number provided by Sheraton when I called previously. I have never ever been treated with such disrespect and belligerent attitude by a hotel. especially one I spent $340 for! I will tell anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place, and never reserve here. eventually through a 8 minute tongue lashing from the front desk, I was able to get my friends into the hotel I PAID for. STEER CLEAR!
the front desk was rude, belittling, belligerent, and down right miserable

The location was excellent for concert
Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom ceiling had hole in it. Food was over cook

this place is overrated as a Sheraton. It pretends to be a great convention hotel, but falls far short of that. Club level services are nil, especially on weekends minimal breakfast to serve with the lady who prepares it thinks you want to have breakfast with her because she talks to you constantly. Café is understaffed. Carpets in the rooms need to be replaced.

The club level of this site was a joke. The only thing they offered was water. And a very skimpy breakfast during the week but we happen to stay there on the weekend when I walked in the room there were three large stains on the carpet. I asked them to take care of it, but no one did. The carpet was disgusting, no one vacuumed our room for the three days we were there. What is going on with hotel services these days? No club level service on the weekends. We went down to the café for breakfast on Saturday since there was no club level breakfast on the weekends. The café was very understaffed, and the lady would point people to the tables they could take because she also waited on tables. This site is totally overrated and extremely expensive. It cost us $970 for three days in the club level king room I will never stay here again.

This location is the absolute best for the Summit League....can walk to and from in the comforts of being inside. The wait staff at the restaurant for breakfast were beyond amazing. Thank you.
No complaints about this stay

Rates are way too expensive for what you get. Small rooms, no microwave, no spa, the pool is cold, no Continental breakfast. The main lobby/dining area is like an echo chamber. We stayed on the 4th floor and it sounded like people were dining outside our room. It’s probably so expensive because the location next to the convention center. Staff was friendly and helpful but we won’t stay there again.

It was just ok
The heat went out during the night during an artic blast the rooms got quite cold. I inquired the next morning why it was so cold and the staff tried to hide the fact of the heat going out. I pressed them for an answer and the finally divulged the reason. They didn't offer any compensation for the inconveniences until I pressed them on that front also. They reluctantly compensated me one night of my stay. The hotel did pretty much everything to cover up the fact that the heat went out. It is hard to put a lot of trust in the future of staying at your hotels

Did not have as was too expensive for what one normally gets free at many other hotels
I live out of town and work in Sioux Falls. Due to the weather conditions, ended up choosing to stay in town. Chose this hotel as a fellow coworker had stayed there the night before and had planned to stay the night also. We got off at 230 and could not get into the parking lot at all. We drove around for hours as there was nowhere to go to as everything was closed. Finally another coworker who was staying at another hotel who had plowed their parking lot offered to meet us and have us park in their hotel lot and then luckily her husband had a big 3/4ton pickup and drove us to the hotel door so we could actually get to our rooms. Absolutely ridiculous that there was no assistance with this, and the amount of cars stuck was insane. Would of gone somewhere else if coworker hadn’t left her bags in her room. Also, it states frig and microwave in each room and there was not one in either mine nor my coworkers. This was a beyond frustrating experience and will not recommend anyone to stay there. The only shining light was your staff working the evening shift, he was a calming presence and very kind.

Very nice room on 6th floor. Being able to go to concert and not leave the building
If I had to pay for the breakfast buffet would have been not very good value.

I asked for a first floor room near the entrance & was sent an email stating they were able to accommodate my request. I paid $200 (which is a high priced hotel for us) & was put in room 535 which was at the end of the hall on the 5th floor. My husband has heart & kidney disease & can't walk long distances. We had our puppy with us, & it was difficult to take him all the way down to the front so he could go to the bathroom. All of this was very inconvenient to say the least. I expected more!

Extremely close to the venue for a concert I attended.
I had upgraded to what was supposed to include a living area from what I was told well that wasn't the case which is deceptive advertising in my view. The tv didn't work when we got checked in front desk had to send maintenance the maintenance guy said he was told the wrong room at first. Then the wifi didn't work. Finally came back on the next day. I stayed here cause I attended a concert at the Denny Sanford premier center which is basically next door to the hotel. After checking in I noticed a Ramada just across the way had I seen that I more than likely would've stayed there instead. Next time I will overall I just wasn't all that impressed based on the money spent.
