Chain lock on door was missing… safety was a concern… The bathroom was gross.. tub was plugged and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile… floor was gross especially in the corners.. they certainly do not care about cleaning It was nice that a fridge and microwave were included in room

Staff helpful at check in. Gave my family adjoining rooms which was really convenient.

Parking lot a little loud. Construction made it difficult to access. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing.

Room was comfortable and surprisingly large. Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one option of biscuits & gravy and the waffles. Didn't try anything as there was a little bug crawling on the wall. Was definitely time to leave.

Not enough parking... Water got cold in shower..the shower was dangerous and slippery but also caving .room had bad odor

The person on reception was very helpful and very pleasant. The room was good, thr bed was excellent, however the room was a bit dated. I did like that there was a coffee maker in the room so i could brew a cuppa.

The fact y’all pulled the race card on my family at check out. You all accused my handicap father of being some Mexican(we’re Native!!) who was out smoking pot in the front of the building. According to a lady who walked in as they smoked cigarettes. The smell was coming from a room and coming out of a window. We noticed it before checking in! Security deposit was almost kept because the whole room we had smelled of it just walking in. Not our doing! We asked for another room but being as my father is handicap you couldnt and wouldn’t accommodate. Upon checking out again,you called them pot heads and wanted to refuse giving back a deposit. Booked Thur this app just for you to deny me when I got there to pay with my card, so I had to search for a atm just to even get in the room. This is the worst place ever to stay! Breakfast was nasty and not worth the time. I feel the long time residents are the only thing keeping this place open!

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was very noisy. There was a lot of traffic noise and we were on the bottom floor. Every time someone would go up the stairs, it was very loud in our room. Road construction made it very hard to get to the hotel and get out of it.

Okay room. Exactly what you would expect at a motel. Clean enough. Good typical motel breakfast with cereal, bagels, awesome cinnamon rolls, waffles, coffee, whatever else. Convenient location

Nothing special. Booking asked some bonus questions regarding covid: no, absolutely no safety measures were on, no social distancing, masks, special cleaning, or anything. Not surprising but since the booking review asked, I will add.

Room was very quiet even though when we went out into the hall there was a dog barking. Also let us check in early because my husband was having surgery and needed to lie down.
