We really enjoyed our stay in this little gem of a hotel. The service they provided before and during our stay was excellent. Outstanding hospitality, great breakfast and amazing views from the dining room across the bay. Sweet room, very cute, quirky, adorable and very comfortable.

The location is amazing--you can walk to just about anything in town but it's separated from the very busy section so it is quiet. Paige is warm and friendly and offered great suggestions on local activities.

Booked swan nest inn months to visiting. Coming from New Hampshire I called to verify everything went okay after putting the deposits down for the room. The day we got there I called to check in and was told I was not in their system. After giving the lady the confirmation number SHE EMAILED ME, she told me she could not help me and we would have to find somewhere else to stay even though we had put a deposit down, and had many emails from them telling us about what to expect for our stay. The lady on the phone refused to give me a refund on the deposit because I was “not found in their system” even after showing credit card statements, and emails showing the dates of my stay. Would not recommend to stay at.

Really Friendly staff and an awesome included breakfast. Location quiet and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room has a good shower and lovely ocean view.

Seward is a safe city, but it was my first time there and I didn't know that when I saw the self check in process with just the key left in the door. At the beginning I felt unsecure with the hotel door open but once you realized that the area is safe you will feel better and enjoy a lot. Maybe that could be a good advice to give to customers before arrival to avoid that initial reaction.

This was a great choice for our family. The 2 kids could stay upstairs in the loft. Breakfast was amazing each day. Perfect location for exploring Seward.

Nothing, other than the main bed downstairs was a little small for 2 people.

Breakfast was great - made fresh, hot & yummy. Staff was great and location couldn’t be better - close to everything in Seward.
