My husband and I liked Luna, who is one of the night clerks who checked us in. Luna realized how exhausted my husband was and how extremely ill I was. She told my husband "Lets get you two in a room right away." We appreciated Lunas' quick check-in in order for us to get some much needed rest.
We chose this hotel for its pet friendly option, but my husband and I stayed because of the staff who showed us kindness and compassion! Vero Beach Inns and Suites was there when we needed them. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful person like Luna.
If I had to say, probably the dryer that was out of order on the lower level. Also, the WiFi, it would be terrible at times and great other times. Maybe their carrier could adjust that. Overall, very comfortable, we would definitely recommend this home away from home.

Room was large and had everything we needed.
Floors were clean because I always check myself with a white dishrag.
Check in was easy. Only one person there, but she was pleasant despite many customers.
CJ and Paul in breakfast room were great, and the breakfast was very good. Exceptional

I was absolutely impressed with this property. It felt very clean and organized. The room was very up to date and modern. The customer service was very very nice as well, I felt welcomed the moment I walked in.
Our rooms air conditioning was broken and we called the front desk and they were very quick to get us moved to a new room and even upgraded us to a pool room. I will definitely be coming back to the property.

Location
No hot water. The lady at the front desk stated maybe too many people showering at the same time. My stay was for 2 nights. After that response from the front desk I immediately checked out and went to another hotel.

The breakfast is great the staff was amazing and they were very welcoming one of the best places I've stayed in years just because the staff was so great
I didn't like that I did see some cockroaches or palmetto bugs I didn't like that they are only one bottle of shampoo and conditioner in the room no matter how many people stay in the room

The room was dirty and the floor was sticky and super dirty. I asked to clean it the next day but nothing happened. They didn't do the beds and had no clean towels. I did see any maid in my entire stay cleaning rooms anywhere.

the rooms aren’t much to speak of but the hotel is cheap so it’s easy to overlook. the hotel itself is conveniently located right off 95 just south of Sebastian… a beautiful area where it’s difficult to find reasonable lodging. this hotel has a beachy culture of its own, the outdoor area and pool are absolutely stunning
the room’s definitely need upgrading… but they are still clean and comfortable

they stress their high quality breakfast. it was terrible. mostly - no food by 9:30am. everything done. they said they were making more but who had time. they were even out of coffee ! they made more. I finally got a cup when I was leaving. what a totally disorganized breakfast experience.
