Room size and location was good

Could see light around and from under the door air conditioner only had one setting.. High. Defuser louvers didn't move cold air away from the bed. Had to move the couch in front of it to defuse the freezing cold air. Multiple electrical outlets were hanging out of the wall.

Ate at Dunkin' Donuts next door

The bathroom needed to bleach to get rid of mold and mildew. The pool was inoperable.

breakfast is absolutely terrible, toast, old inedible apples and thats it. shouldn’t be advertised as including breakfast

great room!! all was good except hard to figure out how to use the TV options, had to go on an app on my phone finally gave up.

great room, nicely renovated. dumpy looking outside. some obvious people living there long term. I wasn’t sure I was going to stay after seeing exterior appearance but when I saw the room changed my mind because I was tired. had to leave a day early and they refunded the rate for me which was really nice.

Mattress was comfortable. Mirrors and decorations were cool and could have been a nice place to stay if it wasn’t painted like a lane lord in a rental unit. No wine opener to borrow either. Carpet was cool where it wasn’t sticky didn’t have stains.

The water in the room never got hot. Not in the evening or the morning. The shampoo bottle was half used as if missed in cleaning. Hairs in the shower. Bathroom door couldn’t close from water damage. Hair dryer has never been wiped off or cleaned. Stains all over the carpet. I took a lot of pictures. Tried to talk to staff about issues in the morning. They denied it said everyone had hot water. Communication wasn’t working. Happy to get my 60$ cash deposit back since that was such a big deal. Won’t be back

Near to my place of work. Close to the main highway. And the price for one night stay looks great.

The electronic key didn't work. Have to used a master key to have access to my room. The TV didn't work and the room has and unpleasant smell.

Where do I start. Internet pics make place look nice but doesn't match actual run down dump it is. Toilet clogged right off the bat, had to get a plunger. after unclogging, tried to flush with no paper and toilet water just swirled around in bowl. Took a shower and it drained very, very slow. was standing in 3-4" of water when done. Informed front desk each day for the 3 days we stayed there. No repairs where ever done during our stay. Each day I asked for 2 extra towels, maid never left them and each night when getting back to room I had to go to front desk and get them. When needing a plunger after using the toilet 2nd night, I asked front desk attendant if I could keep in room and she informed me it was the only one they had. Came back Sunday night and room was never cleaned or towels replaced. Went down to front desk and informed attendant that room wasn't done and she informed me that room service only does check outs on Sundays. So she gives me 2 towels and a wash cloth for me and my wife. Washing machine and dryer was on 2nd floor breeze way out in the elements, machines where dirty inside and out, trash and paint buckets stacked next to machines, had to got down the street and use a laundry mat to do some clothes. Place was being painted and you could not park close to rooms. Was concerned our vehicle was at risk of being broken in to with all the transient people wondering around. For what we paid almost $180.00 a night, this place is a RIP OFF. We would have changed hotels if anything close was available and I could have gotten a refund. The owners are in over there heads. I took videos of the problems, but could not upload them. Can only upload pictures. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could not find breakfast in that location

This hotel was not worth $245.00 a night. There was construction. I had to check-in at a nightime window. The room was not what I ask for. I wanted a one bed room. Overall I was not satisfied.
