Breakfast was very good

Romm was not clean. Microwave had not been cleaned. The desk chair legs were filthy. The HVAC filters were clogged with dirt. The fire alarm was activated for no reason

The staff was very friendly upon check in/out, breakfast & any time we came in contact, the rooms were clean & very suitable this was my second time booking here, I’ll definitely recommend as well as book another stay here!

The breakfast, was okay but it was the only thing that we didn’t like.

I didn’t care for the breakfast.

We had no hot water at all and our room was compensated for the night but we had traveled all day and was unable to take a shower.

How big the room was and everything was just exactly what we needed.

We were told the pool was heated & salt water, but definitely chlorine.

Staff was friendly and did their job well. Breakfast was great. Everything was in great working condition. Checkout was fast and painless.

request a hotel room with a bath but they couldn’t accommodate. said they didn’t really have rooms with baths so if you’re a family with small kids mine (2 and 3) take this into consideration

I really liked the facility as a whole it was clean. It was spacious, but the staff was misleading.

We requested early check-in, which I understand cannot be accommodated all the time but we spoke with staff several times about this. They kept lying to us about a time limit on it and then we didn’t check in till 330 which is past normal check-in I would at least expect our room to be ready on time if we spoke with you several times about early check in.

Location was great, room was clean.

room was not quite as clean as I would’ve expected. floors in kitchen/bath area appeared to have dirty streaks across the floor. Bathroom sink and toilet had scum under the rims, the pull out sofa was broken but still functional, and the blackout blind didn’t pull all the way down thus allowing a significant amount of light into the room at night.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. the rooms were immaculate and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. the location was convenient and the ambience of the outdoor fire pit when you pull up to check in was quite inviting.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. not many hot options on a cold morning.

Breakfast was nice with several options daily! Loved the room size and accommodations! Will definitely be returning!
