The location!
The AC didn’t work to well and I know we had a smoking room but the smell was disgusting!

I enjoyed my weekend there it was definitely well worth it. I work in hospitality and have worked in 5 star hotels and I was very pleased with my stay.

The location is great and probably what your paying for. It’s not at all handicapped accessible though. There are no designated handicapped spots so they give you a cone to mark a regular spot which is not nearly big enough for a handicapped vehicle, ours is a truck. They were nice but even when I brought it to the attention of the staff member on site that a large vehicle was blocking the walkway she said it was the owners car, which I would hope the owners would be more sensitive to the needs of their patrons.
Handicapped accessibility and not nearly enough outlets for phones, cpap, and other DMEs. Bathroom is super small.

The best place to enjoy peaceful, wonderful and pristine environment while on vacation. American best treats you like family . They give you the best of everything. Can't say enough such a great place to relax with family.

I really liked that it was close enough to walk to everything in Lake George , but wasn't right in the middle of it all. The pool was exceptionally nice and having it in the back made it much quieter and more enjoyable.
I would have liked a microwave and iron in the room.

the parking lot was hard with a pick up truck. first night was ok. 2nd night when they were full it was a disaster trying to park near our room with our kid in a spot that the truck wouldnt block anything!

Within a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the soaps, shampoos, lotions etc. The little added touches made it feel like a high end hotel! The staff offered great recommendations for local restaurants.

Cleanliness of room, location, facilities (loved the playground and pool)!
Just couldn’t rate it a 10 because the wifi connection was awful which meant we couldn’t access our internet on any devices and this caused the tv to lose connection every few seconds. Having littles this was a problem at night when we were ready to settle and go to bed (they love watching some shows before bed). We also had someone from housekeeping unlock our door and enter over an hour before check out time (even with a do not disturb sign on the door). This was very unsettling.

WHEN I REQUESTED A ROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR YOU WOULD THINK COMMON SENSE I WANTED THE SIDE WITHOUT THE STEPS. HATE SECTRUM TV. IT MESSED UP AND THE GUY HAD TO COME TWICE STRAIGHTEN IT OUT.
