Relaxing upon arrival with sangria, brownie and ice cream before checking in after 2 hr drive turned into 3 1/2 hrs. Nice Touch. Excellent Inn personnel. Location.

The breakfast was FABULOUS in every way -- the food was delicious -- and changed daily; the location on the back deck was gorgeous -- and the staff were WONDERFUL!

My suite, the Cleopatra, was fine -- but the mirror in the bathroom was too low for comfortable shaving. (I'm tall.)

The Inn is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff is warm and friendly . Wonderful breakfast each morning. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again in future.

great location in Lenox. Lovely old home which is beautifully restored and very comfortable. Staff all very friendly and the morning breakfast was delicious! As it was snowy and cold, the fireplace in our room was a great feature.

The Cornell Inn was well located, beautiful, clean, and a very comfortable place to stay. They made the effort to honor our request for two rooms next to each other and even called us to get our input and confirm it All the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the service was excellent. We were greeted with hot spiced eggnog and brownies upon arrival and each room had a complimentary bottle of wine. These were both very nice touches that added to a wonderful stay. The homemade breakfast with delicious choices was excellent, and the friendly servers who provided top notch service were much appreciated. We loved our stay at The Cornell Inn and would hope to stay there again sometime.

We loved the breakfast, welcome drinks (the apple cider was delicious and all of the little details in the room (bottle of wine, make up towel, log for the fire). The service was great and everyone was very friendly.

The breakfast at the Inn was excellent. In particular, they serve absolutely All Star bacon!! The menu varied every day and the service was friendly and prompt. We would love to return and almost certainly will as it is an easy weekend trip from Boston.

My only issue was the pillow top mattress. I will prefer a firmer bed but it was fine for the time we stayed there. In fact, this complaint is a truly first world problem and of little consequence.

It was beautiful and had lots of extras included. Complementary glass of wine upon arrival and a complementary bottle of wine in your room as well as cognac in the evening a toasty fire pit on these chilly evenings. The breakfast to order was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent breakfasts. We loved the welcome drinks. Hiking trails directly behind the Inn. An easy walk into town.

Other guests near us were extremely loud and kept us up at night and woke us early with an alarm. The walls were very thin and heard everything. Room was much smaller than expected and was also kept up by street noise. When we arrived, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our room despite having checked in online. For $600 a night, I would have expected better accommodations.

As an older professional intelligent couple, not thrilled with reference to cuteness as an older couple. Also being small in stature, I don't like references to my size. I think they are trying too hard which makes one feel uncomfortable. Also the shower leaks due to slope of being an old building.

Staying at The Cornell Inn is like visiting with the best of friends. You are warmly welcomed at the door and are pampered the entire stay from sangria and warm brownies to cognac and a bottle of wine at night. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and if you need a bit more, there are freshly baked goods always at the ready. Everyone at this Inn works to make your stay memorable.

The same 3breakfast choices every day.the frittata frozen and reserved is not delicious. No comfy chairs in our room. Bathroom was tiny. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful

No serious complaints … wish there were more towel bars and hooks in bathroom. The housekeeping after our first two nights could have been better.
