Convenient and easy to get to from the hwy.

We were in an accessible room. The carpets were dirty and outdated, as was the whole room. 3 pillows on a queen bed.

The girl in reception was excellent, especially as she seemed to be doing a lot on her own. The location is close to the airport (15 mins) and to the shopping areas (Deerwood, I think).

A shuttle service was advertised in Booking.com and their website (until we stayed there) to be until 11 pm. When we called at 4 pm from the airport, there was no more shuttle available. It has now changed (under new management) until 3 pm. Not good enough for what is advertised and for being an airport hotel.

Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Fleckiger Teppich und Wasserschaden an der Decke unseres Zimmers. Im Bad fehlten große Duschhandtücher.

There was a shuttle from the Hotel to the Airport and Breakfast for folks on the go. Location is near a shopping mall / shopping center which certainly helps if you need any essentials if you have a vehicle to go around the area.

We sent a message thru booking.com for airport pickup but they would require you to call the hotel for it to be valid. As a first time visitor in Houston Texas and from the different country this is very hard to do as we do have mobile phone coverage to make calls. Also, the rooms are old and looks run down. The locks and hinges on the room that we slept on looks like it has been kicked as it is not aligned when you close the front door.

The price for what was offered

What was offered was in poor condition and the overall maintenance was bad. The bathroom had broken stuff in the tub, blown light bulbs , broken towel rack and stand, noisy bathroom fan, the jacuzzi had broken jets, the ice machine had a part of the ceiling damaged from water and hanging. The staff asked me if the bathroom tub hardware that was laying there was a problem.

Airport shuttle was unavailable which was not a major inconvenience but disappointing. While the room (205) was overall clean, it smelled old and stale. I also saw multiple fleas in my room and will have to wash all my clothes when coming back home.

The breakfast and pool were pretty okay the outside area was probably the best part.

Had to switch rooms not once but twice due to rooms missing things(a whole sofa bed) or things being broken and dirty. For the amount we paid for our stay and the amount of times I called to check in with our rooms I feel our experience there should have been a little more better

I enjoyed my room very much. The hotel was easy to find. I also liked that the swimming pool was indoors.

Great location for IAH. Indoor pool! Spacious rooms. 12:00 checkout. No rush.

Breakfast. No hot water for tea. Breakfast drinks not where breakfast is served. At 9:00 the scrambled eggs were gone. Breakfast was supposed to be available til 9:30.

Our room was as nice and clean, it just had a smell in it. I had to light a candle to cover the smell. Other wise it was wonderful.

Booked the hotel for the airport shuttle. Called 2 days before to verify there was a shuttle. Was told yes, there would be one. Day of travel, front desk said she wouldn't know until 8 if there'd be one. We needed to leave by 7:30.

The location was great. The service was great.

The room smelled old like it hadn't been used in a long time. The towel rack was coming off the wall and the iron board was broken.

A mouldy damp smell in the room was really off-putting. The hotel was dated and the breakfast was limited. The food should also have been labelled as my vegetarian friend ended up eating a meat dish because you just could not tell what it was!
