The manager was kind enough to help me go back up the stairs with my bag - after I carried everything up and had to return to the lobby because I couldn't get the keycard to open the door.

The mirror was cracked and the lights flickered over the vanity. Also, when I checked in a young women with a child was in the lobby loudly demanding the manager give her a room and she threatened to just sleep in the lobby. The manager even told me she wanted my room. I got the impression that this wasn't the only time someone known to the manager felt entitled to occupy any unbooked rooms. I could be wrong - but that was my impression. Since the room faced the parking lot - I could also hear loud conversations and people honking horns until very late (past midnight) - and I had to be up early for a flight.

They first sent us to room that already had people in it, then gave us a second room that was dirty. The sheets and pillows had stains and it was overall disappointing.

Not for solo travelers, do not expect to be able to walk outside to get some food, you need to grab a cab The floor was sticky and there was an overall strange smell. The bathroom door didn't close Got my wake up call at the wrong hour

The room is great.

Front desk working lost paper work for reservations and threaten to put me out on their mistake. They got rude with my family and refuse to call up management to clear up problems and make a effort to try and fix the issues. They have more than half the rooms filled with multiple families of owners staying there partying and make loud nosies out side and taking up all the parking. The owners family makes the place feel unease about being there during my stay.
