The rooms were nice and a pretty good size. Hotel is quiet also.

There was a delay in getting checked in. Went to check in and we were told it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Went back in 45 minutes and we were told 20 more minutes. Once we went back after another 30 minutes we were told 15 more minutes. Once we came back for the 3rd time the room was finally ready for us

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and so clean! The staff was so helpful and kind! I wish I could have spend more time there.

room door was out of plumb and there are huge gaps on either side so you could hear all of the hall noise and room never got very dark because of the hall light coming through the cracks in the door

I had a confirmation, in writing, that my daughter could check-in with my credit card as she was arriving a day early. she was not allowed to do so and it caused a tremendous amount of stress. This happens every time we stay at La Quinta for horse shows in Paso Robles and it’s very frustrating to have written approval prior and not have it honored.
