comfortable beds, large over size tub, but was difficult to get in and out of. love the fireplace to take the chill out of the air quickly and added to the ambience.

restaurant and bar didn’t open till 5.00 pm no lunch options. restaurant food was excellent as were wait staff.

We asked for a room with a roll-in shower. Despite being ADA compliant the bathroom only had a shower in the tub. My wife is in a wheelchair so could not take a shower

the location is pretty convenient. rooms are large and comfortable. the hotel is clean and the staff is nice.

we arrived after 4 pm and checked in to our room and realized that our room was not properly cleaned. there was trash in the trash can, no hand towels. it was a bit upsetting and made me wonder if the rooms are being cleaned properly. the front desk was pretty on top of it and moved us into another room. but the whole experience of seeing other people’s trash in a supposedly cleaned room was a bit upsetting.

The light switches were oddly placed and one outlet for two beds is not enough. Adapt to usbC outlets which will be the future. Just a suggestion

I didn’t like it this time. I did stayed there with me my daughter about 12 years ago it was a pleasure staying there, this time around was a nightmare there was hair on the beds the girl at the front desk was on her phone she was rude it make me feel like I was bothering her on her on time I asked for a room and price she give me a $300+ pricing she told me they only had one room and that was it. I thought that wasn’t good, so I went to booking I book the room at a good price right in front of her and I told her I already booked it. I ask her to check she said come back in 19 minutes I don’t see you reservation. I went back and she give me a handicap room I went to the bar to rest I uncovered the bed and hairs was on the bed the sofa was dirty I really didn’t wanna stayed there anymore my daughter was really disappointed I asked on the booking website if they had another room because that one was dirty the guy showed two I chose one and that had hair on the bed too. it was bad. really bad experience. someone is not doing there job and there are going to lose business likes that. it saw because they can make better the hotel had a nice look but stuff is horrible: I hope the owners do something to change their business or they are going to have really bad reputation

The room was big, the bed was comfy, the hot tub was fun and it’s in a great edge of town location for easy access to wineries and breweries.

It’s very close to the 101 highway.

our room was dirty and there was a worn gross sock behind the chair and a used bandaid in the bathroom. the scale was dead, the lay down chair was stained and there was red marker marks on the carpet.
