When we checked in we had to pay 75.00 deposits on top of what we paid for 3 night when we entered the room there was no towels or toilet paper the floors was so dirty that our feet was black and we also found dirty socks in there from the previous guest we still have not got the deposits back from where we checked in on Tuesday then today there was another charge for 75 on our bank statement so we are out a extra 150 I will never be staying at this hotel again it has really gone down hill

Only the location.

Filthy walls, mirrors and stuck to the floor, roaches, bedbugs, toilet seat literally broke in half. No breakfast per front desk, false advertising. Trash cans in lobby literally overflowing onto the floor. WORST hotel experience I've ever had. We canceled our 2 rooms and went elsewhere.

Whole experience was horrible

Location was nice. Was in the middle of town and was accessible to close attractions.

Supposedly got a room 'upgrade' though was more like a down grade. Sink was stopped up with old hair/trash. Floors were filthy. No breakfast. Staff never gave the Wifi password. Sheets didn't look fully clean.

Staff was nice at check in and when they realized they gave us two rooms with people already in them. Location is good. Beds were fine and it was a place to sleep for one night.

Unclean floors will literally turn your socks black Black mold in the bathrooms One room smelled like cigarette smoke and was missing the smoke detector. One of the bathrooms the entire light fixture was hanging down and the AC/Heat unit was broken. No towels in either room.

Did offer another room that wasn’t as bad as first but was still bad

Room dirty no water pressure water would completely go out while taking shower mold and dirt all in room

There were needles in the hallway the bed wasn’t made the room was NASTY very dirty inside and out front desk clerk was dirty

The property was located in a good place.

The rooms were dirty. The floors were sticky. We had no towels. There was white powder on the sink. We had one trash can for 2 rooms. We had adjoining rooms and the door handle was broken on one door, we had to take our car keys to get it open. They only had cereal and waffles for breakfast. They put out eggs and sausage when the breakfast opened but was not refilled. There was no working ice machines.

We checked in and went to our room there were no towels in our room we went to the office to ask for towels they didn’t have any until the cleaning crew came in and they would bring them to us well that didn’t happen they never brought towels to us and the doors needed redone looks like mold growing on them

Nothing. very inhabitable. We ended up staying at the Landmark which was adequate to our needs.

We didn't stay in our room after finding long hairs in the bathroom. We found long black hairs and a child's muddy footprints on our sheets. I waited a half hour along with several guests before a desk clerk was available. No desk clerk at the desk during that time. Our grand children couldn't use the bathroom because it was out of order. Several guests complained about their room entry door was ajar and couldn't be locked and also asked for their refund as well as I did

The room was a good size and semi updated.

It was dirty. My daughter was barefoot for 10 minutes and had black feet. There was also a pile of dirt and dust along the bed as if it was not recently swept or mopped. Upon checking in, the staff was not friendly. We were traveling with 2 small children and just came from an 11 hour drive. We got there at 3 and was told we could not check in until 4. I understood that was the policy so I asked if we could use a bathroom to change in, I was told to use the bathroom in the pool house. It was absolutely disgusting and had no toilet paper. After we got changed and walked out, the lady at the front desk was checking in two different couples! That means atleast two rooms were ready when I was just told there were no rooms available until 4. We were excited about it having a pool but it was not clean and had no towels to use.

The room was clean, and comfortable. I was worried during check-in because a woman had come down and told the front desk that she wanted a refund and that she wasn't satisfied with the room. I got to my room and everything was as it was supposed to be and expected to be.

The walls are paper thin. We heard another room arguing. But nothing to really cause a problem about.

The breakfast was a bowl of cereal and coffee. I don't think that was much of a breakfast. And the room had no heat.

Didn't like the breakfast just a bowl of cereal and coffee. It least could have a decent breakfast. The room had no heat that we was in and you could tell the floors weren't swept or mopped, didn't have towels in room either.

The location was great

Well, I in the middle of the night I was feeling like something was biting and I got to looking around it was bedbugs. I went to let the staff know the night staff move me to another room but the morning staff was awful. The customer service was terrible and this was on the 26th of last month. I have called left messages and emails. No one has contacted me back about the issue.

We liked how comfortable the beds were!

One light bulb was out in our room, the curtain was broken so light came in, the floor was VERY dirty! We have an infant and we couldn’t put him down to crawl around because of how dirty it was.

The staff was very rude and hateful. Breakfast started at 7, and they didn’t have cereal for the milk till 8:00. They didn’t have any juice, the machine was out of order so we had to bring our own drinks. They didn’t have anything for breakfast except waffles and cereal. They only bring towels and wash cloths every 3 days. How do they expect someone to take a shower each night.

Nothing horrible experience unfortunately

The rooms were very dirty. We killed multiple cockroaches. Mold in bathroom. Floors were not swept or mopped . Bathroom doors were filthy with food stuck on walls. Grounds had trash every where. Trash cans were full. Only was offered 1 set of towels and 1 set of wash rags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week. No bath mat or hand towels. When we were checking out there was another couple in line ahead of us and they was explaining that the same thing was going on with them also and they was going to contact there lawyer.

Staff was very friendly. Room itself was nice

That there were roaches. First room we seen 5 as soon as turned on bathroom light. Switched to another room and seen and killed 1 in bathroom. If seen any more was going to ask for money back. Breakfast was a joke. Loaves of bread for toast thst everyone was sticking hand in. Milk for cereal was warm. Coffee was out. Roll of paper towel that was being used for napkins had jelly all over top

everything else, one of worst places I've stayed, due to cleanliness, handicap access awful, hotel didn't have enough towels for people , just told us we couldn't get any because they didn't have them, towels, wash rags and hand towels AND no toilet paper, had to ask for that, building really needs some maintenance

Building was old and not properly maintained. One party of our group is a construction company owner and we had several safety issues. Room was not properly cleaned. The sheets were on top of the blankets. Walkway was dark and dingy. It was creepy feeling walking alone. The elevator got stuck with someone on nit. No towels/washcloths were in the room. They had to be gotten from the front desk. It took five trips. I had three rooms for three days. One microwave was not working. Floors were sticky feeling. No carpet. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned with mildew/mold in the showers. Keys quit working during the visits and had to be reprogrammed. Couldn't sleep for traffic, Paid extra $20 per room for 3 roooms for 3 nights = $180 for breakfast and had cold cereal available. Waffles available one day, no waffle mix the next. We were told a "hot" breakfast. We never found eggs or bacon or biscuits. Total waste of money. Refund is desired, Never will I stay at a Howard Johnson again. My family stayed at this chair as a child and it was fine. Facility was not well maintained and is in poor condition. Staff did not care.

We went in and the shower curtain was covered in human feces. When we talked with the front desk they moved us to another room. However the new room there was several things broken. Not happy at all!
