$50 hold for using booking apps and it was not said on the app.

The guy at the reception was nice

After a few moments that we settled in in the hotel room, we start seeing bugs coming out of every corner, we had to change our room but me and my friend couldn't sleep anyway because we were scare to see new bugs coming out. Another thing, the towels in the new room were dirty, I went to ask for another towel... even that was dirty...

me and my son loved the bed! when we were leaving be wanted coffee and they had a lil decent breakfast. My son was extremely pleased with the waffles! thank u

Room very clean , Bed very comfortable. Everything I needed was there.....microwave, fridge and good TV

Breakfast could have been better. Lids should been available so we could take a coffee with us.

Hotel room was awful and couldn't breathe in the room. There was a lot of banging on the walls and yelling neighbors, and power drills to open someone door. The food was awful and stale. There was $100 charger to change rooms, just so my children could sleep better.

Hotel staff was very rude and demeaning and did not recognize my certified service dog as a service animal.

Front desk guy is nice and helpful.

cockroaches in the room, mold was coming out of the shower head, the door doesn’t had a security locker in side, just the knob locker.

I was charge for a deposit and left my room the exact way it was given and I was still rob of my deposit and nobody wanted to make it right. lots of roaches and the bathroom tub felt like I was gonna fall through it

Overall the room was clean and the staff were friendly. It's definitely worth the price.

The breakfast was out of many things but this is really a minor complaint. Over all the breakfast was ok.

Location right off the highway

it took almost an hour to check in the could not find my reservation. That had me call booking to confirm and I did she resent reservation. I received the email and they said it never came up on thier side.He asked me to cancel that one and he could give me a room.for a good price.i did we were tired.so we finally got a room .my husband comes out the shower and a roaches were walking across the floor.he took it to the office and they switched us rooms. I use a mobility scooter to get around with so we need a 1st floor if they don't have an elevator. 1st they said they didn't have any than later found one. And it seems they had 2 because after the bug thing they gave us another.
