Wonderful water pressure

The place was easy to find and close to fast food outlets and other amenities. The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about the room was the jacuzzi (room 101). It worked like a charm, especially after the long drive I had.

The decor scheme is a little dated, however, for the price I paid, and for the purpose I stayed (just a night while I was travelling through to Atlanta), it did not matter much. It is located quite close to the interstate, but surprisingly not much noise gets into the rooms

I didn’t eat breakfast. Location is great. It’s around a lot of places to eat and shop.

A place to hang my clothes

The guy in the front office he's great! Treats you with respect and he really wants your stay to be as comfortable as possible. He went above and beyond on our stay to accommodate us and we appreciate it so much.

The beds are not pillow top lol 😂 but that's just what I'm used too. That's literally the only thing I can complain about. My husband on the other hand likes a firm bed. So it's up in the air. But everything else was amazing it really was I'm so impressed with how it's changed in last few years.

A very reasonable price. Not exorbitant as so many hotels/motels are now. The property in general is not new but clean.

Cockroaches in room. Not one, but many. Very old, decrepit..

I stayed here about 6 weeks. The staff was awesome they were always super polite and attentive. Down to earth people that went above and beyond for anything I may have asked for. The rooms were clean and well kept the 2 office personal were always checking on me whenever they would see me outside and were always super friendly. Making sure I didn’t need or want anything. I plan on coming back to Lake City for work and if or when I do I’ll be staying here again. I appreciate their hospitality

this is an older hotel, but it was fine for budget traveling. the room was cozy, and I got a good night's sleep.

I think other reviews can be misleading. As travelers we need to compare apples to apples. This is a budget hotel. It’s a excellent one. Cold AC, hot shower, clean room. I’m not buying the space. It’s not a Hilton resort. I’ll stay again

Great staff ,quiet,the sheets were clean it’s not a 5 star but you get what you pay for it was ok tho if need be I would go back

The water smells

Old Florida motel located close to I-75 but not at all noisy. Is basic but has all the necessities. Owner is friendly and quickly addressed one minor concern. Follow your GPS because this is hard to find if you don't know the area. That, for me, was a definite plus.

Great Inn, we were very happy with our stay! Would highly recommend if looking for an affordable place to stay in Lake City. They were still doing some renovations when we stayed, but it was very clean, comfortable bed, great staff! LOCALLY OWNED, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!

They need an exterminator - roaches were pretty bad! I ended up sleeping in my car and left at 4:30 am just to get out of there! I actually would give this place zero stars!
