The only thing I liked about it was that the woman in the office was nice.

When we got into the room it was dirty and has an unpleasant smell. It was the only room available and they don’t offer refunds so we stayed. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and I felt anxiety about them touching anything in there. The toilet and bathtub were disgusting and the floor was dirty. Hair on a couple of the pillows. The bathroom window was open and propped up with a toilet paper roll. When we let the window down it just fell out a few minutes later onto the floor. I was able to get the window back in and locked it in place. I went to ask for supplies to clean the bathroom but she came and dit it instead which was nice but and I didn’t complain that it wasn’t clean enough,I just thanked her and when she left I immediately went to Walmart and bought a mop and broom and disinfectant cleaning solutions. I got back to the room and cleaned every surface and sprayed everything including the beds with Lysol. Then I felt kind of okay to let my children take a bath. It was late when I got done cleaning and I was exhausted from it. The next day my grandmother fell in a parking lot and got hurt so I just went back to the room and got all of our stuff and drove home. I feel like I waisted my money on that motel and I paid for two nights, only stayed one and the night I did stay I spent most of my time cleaning it. I stayed there once before and it was a better experience but I’ll never stay there again. Room number 2 on my first stay there was decent enough for the price for one night but room number 18 was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing. At least it’s disinfected now and the floor has been scrubbed well until the water came out clear instead of black. Hopefully whoever stayed next had a better experience.

Easy access to restaurants. Like that it’s all one level.

Location and price

Google address took us 20 klm off hwy 136/137 and we add to use the local walmart address to find the inn. If they know it's an issue then report it to google maps. On booking we asked for pet friendly when booking and booked a non smoking. When we arrived they tried to put us in a non smoking because of having the dog. We fought this but then she went on to say now she has to hire a cleaning and also warned us if our dig makes a mess she would charge us $200. We asked for an example of what she considered a mess. Spilling dog food and messing on the floor. We assured her we were responsible dog owners but she really didn't seem to listen. We took pictures if our room before leaving as we did not like her behaviour towards dogs. Pet friendly hotel..? not really! Needs serious updating.

Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable

It was clean, easy to find and checking, the host lady was very kind when we arrive. It works fine for a short stop overnight, on a road trip with my partner and my cat.

It is a bit old, but is well maintained and functional

Great staff, nothing to fix there. The bathroom tile could use some repair/work, but it was spotless, nonetheless.
