The only "nice" thing was that the rooms were suites. But honestly it didn't even matter because we couldn't use any of it.

It was so dirty. The hallways, the elevator, and the room... so so dirty. honestly it looked like they didn't clean at all. maybe I'd say they changed the sheets and maybe swept the middle of the floor and swept the surfaces off. But there was no deep cleaning. The doors and walls were dirty, wallpaper was peeling, there were holes in the walls, and burned patches by the stove. the curtains were falling out of the wall and had holes in them. The floor had burn holes in it and the Couch was all broke in the middle. Everything just felt all sticky and dirty and smelled like a mix of cigarettes and pot. I swear the pictures have to be from 10 years ago. Very misleading. We ended up leaving early and going to stay at a different hotel because we were not comfortable with the children touching anything.

To start....10mins for someone to greet us (she was on break). Sadly a few men clearly on drugs and not weed in lobby. Knew room would be dated but it was absolutely so filthy!!! Toilet not clean, no T.P. cups stuck to cupboards and mold with fur in the shower. Walls had and all doors had black hand prints etc on them. I went to get cleaning products to clean bathroom and tried the walls (was thinking could be stained) no..washed off I one wipe. Proof no cleaning has been done in crazy long. Breakfast is included but bare minimum was there. The families that seem they live their where taking over the space, it's seemed to be a shelter. Would not recommend ever!!

Rooms look ran down hot by swimming not working as it say on the internet. Just don't know what happen because this hotel use to be one of my all times favorite. NEEDA LOTS OF WORK

The staff was very helpful and understanding. A+ for the staff interacted with.

Breakfast which I paid for and was only available on weekends. But was compensated for that portion. No air conditioning. Awful. The rooms had an awful smell 😫. The spa tub was out of order. The pool wasn't too bad. They kids enjoyed. There was no light in the bathrooms in the pool area.

The staff were wonderful! The room was a good size. The room was clean. No issue getting deposit returned the next day.

The info claimed breakfast was included. The fact is no breakfast is offered during the week. Disappointed by this discovery which caused the deal for the room to not be as sweet. The advertising for this hotel did not include all info til after booked. A $150.00 cash deposit was required which was ridiculous due to the condition to the walls in the king suite. Suggestion...fix the entire room properly than ask a deposit which would be justified. No heavy blanket on bed The room did not appear to be inspected well during cleaning as an empty container of tissue sat on shelf. On the outside wall of the building read a sign stating They are not responsible for damage to vehicles. I was disgusted

The staff is excellent! They really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is adequate. The property needs a bit of updating but its still a good value for what you get

Terrible kept running out of cups and they're changed the rules they only serve breakfast on the weekends

The hotel is for long stairs and they are damaging the hotel very badly and it has a permanent smell in there from the animals

The lock was broken in our room. So we did not feel safe staying in the hotel. Was asked for a refund but did not receive any.

The staff was helpful, but I never received reimbursement for the poor condition of the room.

They over booked the hotel and gave my room away which left me to seek somewhere else to go.

They should of had a room for my husband and I to sleep in. We both work hard and was looking forward to relax. It was too cold outside and snowing as well which made us more tired so we went home.

Hotel has seriously gone down hill since we stayed there a few years ago. Seems to be no maintenance or upkeep being done. Not worth the money we paid and will never stay there again.

it’s supposed to be no smoking as soon as you walk in it smelled like marijana. the pool was cloudy and it was cold in that room..I did not get the room I reserved I reserved 2 beds and I got one king bed. there was guy sleeping outside of his room in the hallway. The door knob to the bathroom kept coming off the light in the kitchen area did not work there was only 1 pan and no utensils and 2 saucers..the breakfast was not breakfast there was only bagels and coffee from what I can see…this place is horrible I would not come back.

Good location. Near the major roads and shopping & restaurants. The room was a good size.

The place was in poor repair. The curtains in my room were torn and dirty. The room didn't smell clean either. Stains in the carpet. I couldn't get wi-fi to use my laptop. I had to tap into the wi-fi from the hotel next door to operate my phone. The staff did not go out of their way to assist. No toilet paper in my room. I had to go to the front desk to request it. The price was cheap but really not worth the time or cost of staying there.

Everything. We were there for 5 days and housekeeping came in 1 time. The room was dirty and nasty. The whole room smelled like weed. The TV didn't work. Lights didn't work. When we called down for maintenance they never came up. We had to go down and ask for towels. The pool was dirty. The hot tub hasn't worked for months and had algae growing in it. There are no towels at the pool. The juice machine doesn't work and breakfast is only Friday thru Sunday they say breakfast buffet it's cereal or Bagels or English muffins. Screens were all ripped in the windows. Quite time is 830 but when we called to make a noise complaint the phones were not even working. I will be calling the manager and bringing this to there attention
