there was no coffee maker, frig, microwave, tissues or shampoo. I was to have a king bed and it was a double bed.

The rooms need to be cleaned better. There was dirt everywhere. Beside the beds & all along the baseboards. The floor was just gross. The beds were hard as rocks. It was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. I couldn't wait to leave the next morning. There was someone playing loud music in another room after 10 pm. It was just unpleasant.

As I slipped in my last review, it is now non-smoking. Essentially, if I didn’t stay this time, I would’ve lost the money so I stayed even though I wasn’t told of this policy change until I was through the door and checking in. I had booked a smoking room here on booking. apparently January 1 was the first day of non-smoking and that’s when I was there. Overall, my rating has gone down. If I am choosing from all non-smoking rooms in the area, I will up my requirements a little bit. I was willing to do without a few things because I had a clean smoking room. There is no microwave refrigerator or coffee maker. no designated smoking area with bench or anything other than behind the building then I had to walk around building at night because the key wouldn’t work. Oddly, it was key for Holiday Inn express, which opened my room that they gave me. It’s still clean. I will just think of other options next time. By the way, they still accept pets. They seem to be scattered around. Love them, but there is a smell to them also.

NOTE: AS OF JANUARY 1, THEY ARE NONSMOKING. I DID NOT KNOW THIS. I BOOK SMOKING ROOMS. I’m here again on my overnight on January 1 but it won’t let me review this trip yet. I’ve been happy up to this moment. Nowhere in the course of booking or follow up did they tell me that they changed policy. If you book through booking.com, you cannot get a refund from hotel. So I’m standing out by the dumpster with no bench in the cold. Just putting this out there to warn since that listing still says smoking rooms. I blame the hotel. You had time to warn everyone. you did not, so I am. If you don’t smoke, fine.

Very quiet away from main roads.

Bed was great, and the cat couldn't get under it. Location was perfect, easy to get off and on interstate 81. Free for pets. Couple of fast-food joints within walking distance. Had a first-floor room ready for us as requested even though we were early.

Bathroom. The fan and light were on the same switch so every time you turned on the light it sounded like a jet taking off. It was either wake up others in the room or go to the bathroom in the dark. They need to either put them on separate switches or add a second light on a separate switch.

Well I went with out tv till 11 am when Jennifer came in to fix it for me they didn't clean I had to go fine a cleaning lady to get towels from her night stuff was very bad didn't even help us out had to go to front desk to get my towels was there 2 nights was not worth $303.00 for 2 night it was bad this time
