Francesca at front desk was amazing! Uncle's dive bar was tops! Jose was the perfect host!

The bathtub had yellow water in it. There were cigarette burns around the sink and reddish brown stains on the bathroom door.

There was nothing to like about this.

It was not clean, and the front desk worker was rude and unhelpful.

The room had a terrible smell, the bathroom needs a big upgrade along other things among in the room

I did not like being charged for a room a day before I checked in. I did not stay . I requested a refund and stayed at The Holiday Express. Appearance and condition of the room was below standards and over all appearances was less than appealing. Furniture and Decor very outdated. Overall way below my standards or expectations. I'm not sure if I will use booking.com. again based off this experience. It is clear they do not check or stay at where they are offering service.

the staff tried hard to make it comfortable for us. they didn't have much to work with I blame management and the owners for my unpleasant stay, not the front desk and maids

bugs in the 1st room. Door didn't lock. We were moved to another room. In that room the bathtub was dirty. There was no remote for the tv, not even at the front desk. I also was told maids don't clean rooms everyday. I noticed only 2 maids in the building, Maybe they can't get to all the rooms. The hallway carpets were filthy. I noticed that all the security cameras weren't working. Like I said, the staff did what they could with what they had. Owners and upper management is the problem
