Easy to get to from interstate and close to restaurants
Desk service was so slow, often unavailable. Rooms weren’t clean, sheets weren’t totally on bed, I had to remake the bed

The staff, particularly Dylan. Great personality and very efficient. It really was a perfect rest spot for us after we had had a long travel day. We felt welcome and the rooms were great.

They had a breakfast buffet and the eggs were cold and they ran out of some food items.
I had to call to have the TV reset.
Coffee pot in the room didn’t work properly.
Bed was uncomfortable.

No free breakfast, but we appreciated the fact that the Cafe was still open for a bite to eat when we arrived.

The price. I dont mind paying that much for a hotel where the service matchs the expense but I dont feel the staff was very helpful expecally in the dining area. I also feel for the price breakfast should have been included

Great location
I have a 2 lb mini chihuahua who is very well trained. They charged me 75.00 dollars extra for him to stay with us in the room. He doesn't even eat that much in food for 2 months. Because he travels everywhere with us I will not be staying at The Hilton again. Which is a shame because I really like the location and the rooms. But 75.00 extra dollars is a lot.

It was clean and prime location
Website was very misleading. The restaurant is not a full service restaurant. You sit in the hotel lobby and order food from a menu that is only cooked in a microwave or air fryer. Restaurant was advertised as full service and it is far from that.

Fast easy checking, very quiet room bed was very comfortable
It snowed over night and salt was put down but it was so cold so when the ice melted on the walk way was super slippery and I fell really hard, I was heading to my pain Dr at the time which was a relief.
