The rooms are well equipped with fridge, stove, hot plate, microwave, etc… but strangely the cupboards were empty of dinner ware, cutlery, etc so not able to utilize the amenities

Breakfast was conveniently delivered to my room the night before. Large room, convenient kitchenette, walk to the gas station for snacks.

I woke up too late to have their breakfast. But everything else was superb. This included the "home like" atmosphere of the room itself, complete with kitchenette.

Nothing. Everything was great. I've stayed at several places now in Twin Falls, and this one is by far the best.

Last minute reservation! The front desk clerk (Angie) was phenomenal! Our room was clean and had a full kitchen. Plenty of room and the location felt perfectly safe.

Our bed needed to be replaced. Big sag in the middle when two adults were sharing. That bed should be replaced. Small thing, but annoying. There was only one package of cream/sugar in the room despite booking ahead with two adults. After a very long day of traveling, we didn’t notice till the morning. Would be great if staff checked that the room was appropriately stocked for guests. Had to get dressed and get stuff from the lobby.

Breakfast was easy. We pre-ordered and it was delivered to our room on time. Very affordable. Rooms are very comfy and clean. Check in was a breeze. The staff was excellent.

We will be staying wherever My Place has a hotel. I didn't like that there are none in the next place we're going. Thank you and keep building and maintaing these hotels.

Convenient location, clean, felt extremely safe.

Every time the outside exit door was open then closed our room door would rattle loudly, often waking us up. The second night we were able to wedge a washcloth in the door and then everything was perfect!

I loved the comfy chair to watch tv after a long drive. There is a little kitchen but you’ll need to bring your own cookware, silverware, dishes, etc.

I guess it isn’t reasonable to expect dishes, since they’d likely go missing. It would be nice though.

the room had a wet weird smell when we checked in. Getting used to it while staying in the room, but everytime I go out and come back I can sense the smell again. I would not be able to stay more than one night with the odor.

Too hot, some noise (ice maker loud, barking dogs awakened me after falling asleep).

Overall very comfortable, quiet. Appreciate the full size refrigerator with ice maker. Located on a major road but didn't hear any road noise. Modern, comfortable hotel!
