The beds were comfortable, and we slept well

Pool and hot tub out of order. I specifically searched for a hotel with a pool and hot tub, we could have chosen another location if we had known this was going to happen.

Location was not convenient, pool was closed

The fake wood flooring was coming up so they put tape on it to hold it down. The floor that had the TV stand on it was uneven and has a 3in decline in elevation. The hotel was dirty and had bugs inside the room. The window was broken so the pit duct tape on it to prevent it from being opened.

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pool was not open due to repairs

We didn't stay long to find out.

No heads up about the pool being closed. Had to change rooms because descriptions on booking.com wasn't accurate. After changing rooms, the bathtub had no stopper, so we asked if they had any. They didn't. Went to take a shower had no cold water. It's just straight hot. Couldn't bathe. Went to see if someone could fix it. It was gonna take to long. We checked out and went somewhere else.

sorry the pool and fitness center were closed but understand the remodeling

Breakfast was good, although there were some "technical issues" that were eventually solved; the breakfast staff was very helpful

The evening desk attendant on duty when we checked in was very surly; the room needed some minor repairs (the windowsill and the desk were broken); the location was not near any amenities except the airport; the swimming pool was out of commission, and had been for 4 months

I’m the middle of no where. only good if you are catching a flight out of nxa. pool and hot tub closed. cheap construction ( warped floors, cracks). Tub curved and difficult to keep balance.

Rooms are spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but it sure did smell good.
