Room service can be clean more often

The resort was beautiful! Very clean and so many amenities!!

The air conditioner could have been stronger, our room got warm at points. Bar was very nice but pricey!

Clean room, the outside is kept clean and staff does a great job keeping it clean. The food trucks are awesome. Happy that the pools are open till 10pm. Encore was a good resturant but needs to add more variety of foods on there menu.

Bistro 2 resturant was a horror. Food was not cooked, Pizza was cold and ants all over on the table inside. Meagan was very nice and tried her best but nothing was right from the kitchen. We got up and left. They need to really change there menu, clean their place up. First time and very bad experience.

The pool facilities and kids’ area is wonderful.

My shower was not fixed for my entire stay despite calling each day. They sent someone 3 times and it was never resolved. I couldn’t take a full shower nor could I bathe my two kids. Additionally, booking.com advertised the King suite as having a bathtub. King suites do not have bathtubs. There was not another suitable room with a bathtub for us to switch to and we had planned to be next door to my family. My fridge also malfunctioned and it two two call and multiple texts to their digital support to get it fixed. I spent a lot of unnecessary time on these issues. They offered me a 50% reduction on one night but I asked for one full night and they agreed. Then, they charged me the full amount and I am waiting for a response and an adjustment to my account.

it was always a place i would pick first but this time I was a little disappointed. First, they forgot to call me to let me know my room is ready. It was 8 o’clock at night before a check in. I bought a light dinner that night and put half in the refrigerator for the next day, not knowing that the refrigerator was actually turned all the way up and all my food froze. I had to throw it all away. The hotel did make good on it but I still was a little disappointed. I was not told that I have to ask to have my room straightened up the next morning. They did a very messy job straightening it up. I don’t know if I would go there again. I will say it’s always been a clean hotel and the staff has always been nice but they did not have their act together this time.

The floors in the room made my feet and socks black.

I love the size of the room plus the view into the dining area with beautiful sparkly lights. It was very quiet and peaceful where I was able to sleep rest and be refreshed to take on many more task next day. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the resort and the exercise room the sauna the swimming pool, and everything else. Thank you for the great service and the cleanliness of the resort, the food was great as well. I would definitely return with my family and others. Thank you.

I was hoping to use the sauna a little later after my exercise, but it was closed around 9 PM. Thank you and there's nothing else that I dislike.

it was clean there is alit to do as far as the outdoor playground and games like ping pong, pool table,bocci,connect 4, shuffleboard, basketball half court, indoor and outdoor pools and splash pad.

The food was terrible breakfast buffet was powdered eggs hard pancakes over cooked oatmeal and greasy sausage and bacon. fruit was ok but $60 they are crazy and the bistro uses some weird cheese sauce on its pizza. If you have a wood fired pizza oven learn how to use it right you could have something good there. put the roasted wings closer to the fire get a good sear on them, also make you pizza dough thinner and use good ingredients fresh mozzarella and fresh toppings the mushrooms were fresh I’ll give them that but the rest needs work. one pizza ,wings,kids pizza, pretzel nuggets over $100.00 if they made it well I would not mind the price.

the amenities are incredible. we stayed with our son who was playing in a nearby basketball tournament and a bunch of his teammates stayed on the property as well. plenty of stuff to keep kids entertained and our villa was amazing for the price.
