The room was great!

They did not tell us the hot tub was not working which was part of the reason we chose delta.

I liked the workout room. Starbucks availability. Location near shopping mall , drug stores and grocery stores. The bar staff was friendly.

Room wasn’t cleaned for 5 days. Menu in restaurant sucked. Nothing healthy…menu items I could not pronounce and when I tried the Tatsu chicken it was not what.i anticipated. Other menu items also names I could not pronounce or Want to eat. The plates in the dining room were odd shaped. expect in an attempt to look continental. Lobby staff was inattentive. Very seldom a “good night” As I was leaving or “have a nice day” in the morning. At times three in the area very deep in conversation. Pained them to call a taxi since not staffed for a hotel shuttle.

Location was perfect. Everything was very clean. Very inviting lobby. Rooms were comfortable with modern furnishings

rooms did not get cleaned every day

Room was suppose to be a King bed as part of my package. Put me in a twin bed Queen room. Package stated King bed non refundable. Won’t use bookingcom or stay at this hotel or recommend it.

There was a young lady named Amber who checked me in on October 9. She was most pleasant and was so concerned about me and my check in being smooth. My highest complements to your facility for hiring people like Amber. I will DEFINITELY be back next month when my wife comes out with me.

Everything it was mazing stay

Breakfast was AWESOME, and the workers where great!! I enjoy staying there........location of our room was great, put could use an update. THe ice machine was NOT working on our floor........

liked the pool and the room

elevator was down for a little bit but I understand that’s not their faults, also it got fixed in a timely manner!
