Not much selection.

Room was kind of gross. Had a bad smell - musty, moldy. Dusty couch. Bathroom and entryway floors and other surfaces were sticky.

The facility was nicely appointed and clean. The staff had hot dogs, cookies and lemonade/juice available upon arrival. The rooms was very large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great, the sausage patties were cold even though I arrived fairly early in the breakfast schedule.

The hotel front desk was short staffed during arrival with only one person running check-ins and between other various area's of the hotel, so check-in took some time considering there were only two guest parties in front of me, everyone was waiting. Check-in went smoothly & quickly once I got to the desk. The overnight staff that delivers the room receipts for check-out messed up my room bill with that of another guest (my room was 407 and I received the billing for room 307). As someone who has recently had issues with personal vandalism at my home address, this privacy breach was upsetting, considering my information was distributed to another guest. The front desk person apologized and admitted she had done the mistake, but it still doesn't resolve the fact it happened. Also, the hot tub/spa was not working due to 'no heat'. this was disappointing as i was hoping to use this amenity.

We had to leave early so we could not have breakfast.

Our reservation was for a non-smoking room, however the room was very smelly from a previous smoker(s) in the room.

Other Comfort Inn Suites didnt seem so...with down. Also, it was quite noisy, poor insulation between rooms.

THE ROOM WAS RIGHT OFF THE ELEVATOR SO MY HUSBAND DIDN'T HAVE TO WALK VERY FAR. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE AT HOME. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY & HELPFUL ALWAYS!

JUST DISAPPOINTED THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED BUT NO BIG DEAL.

There was really nothing special about this hotel.

The pool and hot tub were not open. This was never told to us until after we checked in and were going to use it. The pool at the neighboring hotel was offered but getting there was a subzero walk outside and we had our infant grandson. We were not able to swim which was the main reason that we booked a room. I do not understand why they thought they could charge inflated priced rooms when their main amenities were closed. Not to mention that the hallway on the 2nd floor where our room was smelled terrible of marijuana.

the staff was so rude and disrespectful. we will never stay here in the future.
