King size bed, microwave and refrigerator

No coffee, no shampoo no cups to use in microwave. No light by the table.

Convenient. Staff was nice! Does the job of a place to sleep.

Need more then just two pillows . Didn’t like the stained sheets.

ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!!!! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS EXPERIENCE. ALSO WHEN ME AND MY ELDERLY MOTHER AND DOG WAS SUDDENLY HOMELESS. AND HAD NO WHERE TO GO THEY DIDNT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US LIKE BRIDGEWAY SUITES DID.

Dirty towels, the toilet had problems flushing, the lights and plugs on the headboard did not work.

there was an issue with booking.com and the hotel, but the manager took care of the problem and made sure i was reimbursed i can;t thank her enough.

The staff was incredibly rude there was a mix-up when I went to pay and the staff told me that the room had already been paid for for an extra night I verified twice and they told me it was and a few hours later the manager tried to run my credit card without my approval and then kicked me out of the motel when I came to pay and cash accusing me of trying to defraud them when I had been up there several times trying to pay.

The staff was very rude the lady at the desk lied the manager is a joke and they have incredibly terrible customer service skills

The location met my needs however the motel is in a busy, slightly seedy neighborhood

The room was unsafe - electrical receptacles that lacked face plates, the light in the tub/toiler area didn’t work, there was not place to hang up clothes, the lobby was closed and there was no coffee maker in the room, and the safety chain on the door was absent.
