Convenient, very clean, easy check in. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition, rates were very reasonable.
The people who stayed above us were quite loud at night, not so much in their voices but their movements throughout their rooms. It was difficult to fall asleep and we were woken up throughout the night, and early morning.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to staying again next year thank you so much for a marvelous time. Leah and Jeff Gunn😊
Everything was excellent..Can’t think of anything. Except perhaps next time seeing that I’m getting older I would like to be on the first floor. Thank you again for an excellent time

We stayed in building at the rear of the property and our room made up half of the second floor. The place was immaculate and the breakfasts were wonderful.

Great location at the entrance to Bar Harbor in walking distance to the main streets / very nice ambience and beautiful backyard / good breakfast with daily new selection / friendly service
Breakfast is not available until eight o'clock although most activities in bar Harbor start early in the morning / Bed in triple room is more like a side bed

Breakfast was delicious and a bit unique. Very good chef. Our waiter from Bosnia was excellent, very warm, perfect English and very attentive.
Unfortunately, the owner Cheryl sometimes dominated conversations...telling way too much about herself. One morning she talked at a couple during breakfast and we watched as guests could hardly get a word in and waiter had to step over Cheryl constantly and she seemed totally unaware...

the internet connection can be hit or miss. the fridge was not located in the room but in a common area. the walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors phone vibrate through the wall

Beautifully restored Inn, perfect location. The Inn keeper was a wonderful lady. The food was very good and plentiful. Coffee, tea and water available 24/7 and yummy cookies every night.

We had 6 rooms, and they were inside the main building and in two outer buildings. No elevator. Very charming and walking distance to town. Old style dining room table breakfast seating.... generous servings. We were able to use the dining room table to play cards at night!

Rooms had a beautiful little outdoor seating area in the
Treetops and were very quiet.
If you want everything to be brand spanking new
And modern this is not the place. But it was homey, comfortable and clean.

We occupied the Desert Suite with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good.

Great location within walking distance of Bar Harbor's center. A well stocked grocery store is also around the corner. The property is very charming. Breakfast was great. Our room was very comfortable and cozy.

Very beautiful the breakfast were great each day we had a choice of two different plates.The room we stayed in was the Honeymoon Suite it was a nice size room

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, grocery, the harbor and restaurants, and close to Acadia NP. Friendly and helpful staff. Owner offered suggestions for sightseeing and activities. Our suite was comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. Lovely gardens. And delicious breakfasts!

Breakfast was really good. Most rooms have their own balcony or porch which is so, so nice. Staff offered helpful information about area attractions.

Mira Monte is so charming! Quiet and peaceful patios, and yard. The room was so quiet, we never heard any other guests. Extra clean! Made the trip even better to stay at this charming inn.

Our suite was beyond our expectations, comfortable with a great view! Breakfast was absolutely wonderful each morning! The location was most convenience, being within walking distance from busy downtown Bar Harbor and the Harbor Walk. This solved the problem of trying to find parking in the tourist area. This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and Mira Monte Inn and Suite more than exceeded our expectations.
The WiFi service was problematic throughout our stay. We were assured management was aware of the problem and was working to correct it.
