Construction on the parking, but it will probably will look real nice.

Nice pool with a very hot hot tub! Sauna was also nice. We weren’t expecting a breakfast, but it was free! Simple cereal, bread, hard boiled eggs, juice, pastries, and packed breakfast sandwiches. Great water pressure in the shower. Very quiet!

The property is a bit old so smells a little and we saw a bit of mould. Parking lot is under renovation currently so our lake view room had a few cars in front.

Needs alot of fixing up, restaurant had very little on the menu, I know staffing is short but they could provide cleaning of the rooms when u stay more than 2 days all in all I was very dissatisfied especially with the cost of the room per night

I liked the location, staff, the pool, and the bar area!

I didn't like how dirty the comforter was or that our fridge was sticky and still had a redbull in it from the last person that stayed.

Odd experience, un-settling. The majority of the staff weren't very helpful, or friendly. Very odd interactions with all the staff. The guy at check in did not explain how to get to our room. Which would have been nice considering how far away we had to walk, and find are way through that maze of hallways to find it. The elevator was hidden in back of hotel. We were never told there was one, and therefore assumed there wasn't one. When we asked for an easier way to get to get to our room the guy at the desk could not for the life of him tell us where the other parking lot was. Apparently it was in the marina (how hard is that to explain). You could not go around back, and it didn't seem like we should be parking there. We asked, and the response was not affirmative either way. Perhaps a map of the facility would be helpful. No towels or music in pool area. We got weird looks at the front desk each time we asked for towels. There was nowhere to eat Breakfast. Even though they have a dining room and outdoor patio? That was pretty disappointing. Especially given how far we had to walk to get it, and bring everything for 2 adults and 2 kids back to the room! There was nothing special about the 2 queen room we stayed in other then that the beds were comfy. The location was the best part about the resort. The price just seemed awfully high for the sub par service and amenities offered. It's getting cold out so it's not like we could enjoy the outdoors/location much. Will not be returning for another stay.

It’s upkeep is Covid related. Not enough employees but the ones on site were busy! It needs remodel.

We like that there was a restaurant. However service the was poor at best for an empty restaurant. Waitress/hostess was asked if we could sit on the patio, response was service was poor. Seated inside. And it went downhill from the, appetizers arriving after drinks salad and meal. Reason another waitress took them? Hmm. We did get them to go. There were just or three couples dining one on patio and us inside.

When we arrived we assumed checking was like the other hotels we'd stayed in 3pm. No 4pm we were asked to come in a hour. You had to go to front desk which was a trek to get towels for the pool. Weren't told of a continental breakfast. But wait we had our appetizers from the night before. The room was very damp and you could smell it. Needed the air on for the moisture in the room to keep allergies at bay, had to heat to get dressed.

Breakfast was standard. Pillows on bed were nice.

The room was dirty in several ways: bed covers, carpeting, bathroom walls and ceiling. The room also felt cramped with bulky furniture and we struggled to access two luggage bags in the small space.

Everything else was fine.

Had made reservation two weeks ahead. Was informed that no room was available with dog 3hours before deadline.

The view was nice. Dinner was yummy. Staff was helpful and courteous.

They are under staffed so service in the restaurant and bar was slow. We could see that the staff was working very hard to keep up. They were super nice. Exterior of facility could use a coat of paint.
