The breakfast was awesome! The variety of choices was well thought through. The waffle makers were the top go to for breakfast and it was nice to see two of them. My grandson ages nine and six loved the mini waffles and all the fixings! The hot entrées were good
and plenty. The coffee was good and there was an awesome coffee cake when we were there on Thursday morning. Yogurt was another top choice of ours. The most important items for those two little boys was breakfast and the pool!
Our room was very nice. However, the bottom of the bathroom door was chewed up and wasn’t very presentable. The pool room floor could have used a walk-through each morning there were Band-Aids on the floor.

No screens on our windows in the room so couldn't open windows to let fresh air in.

-did not have our room cleaned 1 day and when I told the staff (we were gone all day for a dance competition) they did not apologize or offer to bring fresh towels- we had to ask for them

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and we would stay at Bridgeview again.

The breakfast was exemplary especially the scrambled eggs
Couldn't use the hot tub but not the facilities problem as someone broke a screen in the hottub

Pool was closed. Broken bed in Original room. Original room and a leaky ceiling. 2nd room had even worse water damage.

it is in a great location and staff is friendly
constantly have unexpected water issues and sometimes if you don't check in sooner then later you might be without a good room

WE ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST. THEY HAD ALOT OF DIFFERENT CHOICES OF FOOD. THE LOCATION WAS EASY TO FIND. THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN.
WE WERE ON SECOND FLOOR AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.

It was very good. Nice variety and everything was fresh. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Swimming pool are was spacious and continental breakfast was well stocked and staffed.
First room we were put in was dirty (cobwebs on ceiling and spots on comforter), and my husband went to the front desk to ask to be moved and initially was told no other rooms were available. Once other guests arrived in the lobby, suddenly another room was available and we moved. However, the new room had mold all over in the shower and curtains were ripped and old. My baby and I had trouble sleeping in the room and I worried about the mold affecting our health so we checked out early.

water damage on the ceiling, door jam for the dead bolt lock was broke. door did not latch tightly. hot tub jets were broke
